User friendly and effective if you are a good reviewer. Of course there is reviewing to be done, which can easily go to 100 of words changes, but compared to other programs and even Translation companies, it is not too much time consuming. The program is user friendly and easy to review right on the document, save and going back to it is also very convenient.

Easy to use, customer service has been great We have been using this translator for 2 years now. It is user friendly and can handle large files. It is easy to review and make edits. Whenever I have had an issue, I have received a prompt response.

The pairaphrase tool combines unique capabilities, is of high quality and covered by very responsive support The pairaphrase tool is unique as it combines a top translation tool/service with an advanced text recognition capability on almost any type of original, such as a scanned original; and produces a similar formatted - though translated - output. As we operate worldwide, it is also one of the few tools covering all languages we encounter. In short it is a big time saver for us and for our customers, and we don't even yet use all its capabilities in full such as memory translation, output to speech etc. For the two technical problems we encountered over the last 2 years, I was surprised by the responsiveness of their tech support, and the issues were fixed in no time. Just now, an issue was fixed in less than 6 hours ! I also requested some feature enhancements, such as a better treatment of embedded hyperlinks, and these enhacements also got implemented quite timely.

Not a good experience There are popups asking for feedback every time you translate words, phrases or sentences. When translating a document not everything is translated so you have to go back and copy/paste what did not translate into the optional translating section. Tech Support is very slow in responding can take up to 72 hours or longer so you work has to hold until someone responds. Fortunately, I don't have to use this application on a daily basis.
