QUITE USEFUL AND EASY TO USE I found this translation service quite useful. Used it to translate docs between Spanish and English. I find their interface quite easy to use and makes it easy to review phrases that need confirmation. I recommend this particular service to anyone.

Good but not yet quite enough I think it's needed a lot of translation edit by the users (so much work) that the final result be 5 stars because the AI is not perfect of course.

Not a good experience There are popups asking for feedback every time you translate words, phrases or sentences. When translating a document not everything is translated so you have to go back and copy/paste what did not translate into the optional translating section. Tech Support is very slow in responding can take up to 72 hours or longer so you work has to hold until someone responds. Fortunately, I don't have to use this application on a daily basis.

Too many popups - site is unusable! I wish we could opt of out being asked for translation feedback, especially when on the Translate tab. I never know what the correct translation is, otherwise I wouldn’t be using this program.

Never Contacted I got the promotional 'welcome to Pairaphrase' email once I scheduled my demo, but an agent never responded to me. Very disappointed.
