Not a good experience There are popups asking for feedback every time you translate words, phrases or sentences. When translating a document not everything is translated so you have to go back and copy/paste what did not translate into the optional translating section. Tech Support is very slow in responding can take up to 72 hours or longer so you work has to hold until someone responds. Fortunately, I don't have to use this application on a daily basis.

QUITE USEFUL AND EASY TO USE I found this translation service quite useful. Used it to translate docs between Spanish and English. I find their interface quite easy to use and makes it easy to review phrases that need confirmation. I recommend this particular service to anyone.

Better than other free translators The translation is better than other free options. While not perfect, it's very close and just requires a few small edits as long as the text being translated doesn't contain too many abbreviations or slang.
