My staff doesn't have to do any additional tasks and our patients enjoy how easy and efficient it is for them as well. If Reimbursify had the feature to re-submit claims I would give it a 5 star, hope in the near future this feature could be available. Super helpful for OON/ cash based practices! We (cash-based, OON practice) have been using Reimbursify for several years. We absolutely love it! We did not have a billing department, so we naturally did not want deal with ANY insurance dealings! We had our clients pay our full OON charges, gave them a Superbill and directed them to our website link to Reimbursify. Easy and done! We could go to the Practitioner portal to check on our patients' reimbursements if we wanted to. On top of that, we could email/call Reimbursify with questions and always talked or email with a real person that solved our problem! Highly recommend!
