Big Scam The service that they promise to provide doesn't exist, you pay them, they took the money and don't deliver anything. I contacted my insurance company to find out about the claim status after enough waiting period time and what a surprise no claim was made. Well, Reimbursify promises to help if something is wrong, no response from them, and no help when needed. All negative reviews are from people who try to use the service but what is interesting is that all positive reviews are only from medical providers who affiliate links to earn extra money. What a shade we have a healthcare system in the US, doctors selling us some scam.

Super helpful for OON/ cash based practices! We (cash-based, OON practice) have been using Reimbursify for several years. We absolutely love it! We did not have a billing department, so we naturally did not want deal with ANY insurance dealings! We had our clients pay our full OON charges, gave them a Superbill and directed them to our website link to Reimbursify. Easy and done! We could go to the Practitioner portal to check on our patients' reimbursements if we wanted to. On top of that, we could email/call Reimbursify with questions and always talked or email with a real person that solved our problem! Highly recommend!

My staff doesn't have to do any additional tasks and our patients enjoy how easy and efficient it is for them as well. If Reimbursify had the feature to re-submit claims I would give it a 5 star, hope in the near future this feature could be available. My Practice Pro plan is paying back in spades Different patients have repeatedly thanked me for signing up for their Practice Pro account so that all of their claims are filed for free. So I'm seeing a noticeable difference, every since I joined that plan in my booking rates and return visits for those patients.
