Sketchy App - Potential Fraud I tried to use this but it failed to tell me my health insurance issued a payment. They wouldn’t tell me to who and I had to contact my health insurance. My health insurance didn’t know who this company was and told me to not use a 3rd party to make claims because of fraud. I had to open an investigation between my doctors office and Reimbursify with my health care provider. One of these companies got paid and is refusing to send me back my reimbursement. If I did not look deeper into the situation I wouldn’t have found out a payment was issued to fight for my money back. It’s sketchy

This company does nothing for you that you cant do for yourself This company makes you believe they will get your reimbursement for your out of pocket bills but in reality they take your money and you get nothing in return. I paid for many doctor visits up front because the doctor did not take BCBS insurance. I used this service and submitted all of my paid expenses to get myself some reimbursement. In reality the insurance company only credited my account and I got zero $ in return. So basically, the insurance company paid absolutely nothing toward any of my bills and then they gave me a credit toward my deductible. My deductible was already met this year and reimbursify does not do anything for you that you can't do for yourself. You spend hours putting all of the information in their online portal and all they do is send it. It was a complete waste of time and money when I could've put all that information directly into BCBS portal and bypass paying a third party company to do it. It really is a scam. I completely understand insurance, billing, reimbursement but was lead to believe this company makes it easy and actually does something to get you money back for all the upfront costs. They did NOTHING except send it and forget it. This is not how they make it sound on their website.

Super helpful for OON/ cash based practices! We (cash-based, OON practice) have been using Reimbursify for several years. We absolutely love it! We did not have a billing department, so we naturally did not want deal with ANY insurance dealings! We had our clients pay our full OON charges, gave them a Superbill and directed them to our website link to Reimbursify. Easy and done! We could go to the Practitioner portal to check on our patients' reimbursements if we wanted to. On top of that, we could email/call Reimbursify with questions and always talked or email with a real person that solved our problem! Highly recommend!

Easier Telehealth claims processing for my practice I had otten a lot of negative feedback from clients when I switched to telehealth. Many of their claims were not getting to insurance because they weren’t coded properly. Reimbursify helped me with those claims and assured that all of the medical coding was correct, the address of the payer was in order and more to really streamline me for my remote sessions.
