We have had little problems at all, and when we did have a slight problem (caused by us) the team at rapid hosting, answered our ticket within minutes. It’s hard to find that kinda service now a days.

Children Staff I have used rapid hosting on and off for a few months now. The staff have acted like children not only in the tickets but in general chats as well. They are constantly talking about other people/company's instead of progressing there own and finding mature staff. Almost everyone in the entire staff team is under age... If and when staff are out of high school I may return.
