Support is VERY bad and often not really competent. They can just forget about your inquiry or respond within 2-3 days when you need help very soon. I am considering to leave them. Looking for alternatives.

No lies here No lies here, Hospitable has been a game changer for us. We came from another platform that was troublesome and kept getting g double bookings. Hospitable is one of the easiest platforms we have ever used. In fact, we’ve been using it a few months now and I still can’t believe how easy it is. I love the look and feel of it. I don’t think we will ever change!

I greatly appreciate the messaging supports as they significantly decrease workload. Frequently reflect on other hosts expressing frustrations with other PMS and am happy that I choose to go with Hospitable.
