GBNon existent support. Great looking software but there is absolutely no support other than an outdated knowledge board. Average wait time is supposed to be 6 hours but I've never had a reply in 8 hours, on all occasions I've tried, until I chase it up, again and again. Bottom line I've not been bookable for 12 hours, and it's due to hospitable's software. So in reality looks are not everything. *edit.. And I could of predicted the reply, this has been the same response for 10 days. There is not one comment on any social media post. Is this because there is nothing good to say and the awards are made up. Bottom line is you advertise falsely and an official complaint is the only way forward.

GBSame as always: no support Same as always: no support Can't log in to Hospitable for 3 weeks now. I'm receiving automated emails from Hospitable that there is a broken link and you can't sync my calendar. Really serious. There is no phone number to call - everything is text and email. So with no more than one text or email response per day from Hospital on my issue it's never getting resolved. You're not syncing my calendars - probably because of some software 'update' that wiped out what was entered and now your website won't let me log in to fix it? What service are you providing to me?

GBHospitable is the perfect management… Hospitable is the perfect management program! With AI response features that must be trained on my own communications (they sound just like me!), to perfectly synced calendars and stellar direct booking options - they’ve never let me down. I’ve tried much more expensive options and been frustrated by the lack of options or non intuitive user interfaces. Hospitable simply couldn’t be better, yet I have a feeling they’ll find a way!

GBHospitable is one of the best PMS out there! Hospitable is one of the best PMS out there. All the features they have makes managing our STR so much easier. They are continuously improving their SW and their town hall meetings are super informative. Their customer service is very helpful and they are very transparent. I highly recommend Hospitable.

GBIt works but expect constant issues.. It works but expect constant issues, bugs and days of waiting help from support. A lot of issues with integration, especially with VRBO and Booking. Support is VERY bad and often not really competent. They can just forget about your inquiry or respond within 2-3 days when you need help very soon. I am considering to leave them. Looking for alternatives.
