GBHorrible Support!! I have been using the site for approximately a year now. Although the platform is easy to navigate, the support is absolutely horrible. It takes days for them to get back to you, it's been like this since I started using the PMS. They keep saying they are growing or hiring but nothing has changed. They are also located in Spain so if you need any help, its within a small window of time if you are in North America. They also have several issues with their lock integration system, another headache with little to no help. It's unfortunate, this could be the leading PMS, but they need to get their corporate infrastructure in place.

GBSame as always: no support Same as always: no support Can't log in to Hospitable for 3 weeks now. I'm receiving automated emails from Hospitable that there is a broken link and you can't sync my calendar. Really serious. There is no phone number to call - everything is text and email. So with no more than one text or email response per day from Hospital on my issue it's never getting resolved. You're not syncing my calendars - probably because of some software 'update' that wiped out what was entered and now your website won't let me log in to fix it? What service are you providing to me?

AUHospitable is excellent software for our 4 short term rentals in Australia Hospitable is excellent software for our 4 short term rentals. It has automated a lot of the routine work such as checkin and questions from guests on basic stuff. For us it’s like another employee in the business. We also appreciate the software is continually being updated with new features on a regular basis. Providing us with a direct booking option and getting us on GVR has been super easy. Highly recommended

GBNon existent support. Great looking software but there is absolutely no support other than an outdated knowledge board. Average wait time is supposed to be 6 hours but I've never had a reply in 8 hours, on all occasions I've tried, until I chase it up, again and again. Bottom line I've not been bookable for 12 hours, and it's due to hospitable's software. So in reality looks are not everything. *edit.. And I could of predicted the reply, this has been the same response for 10 days. There is not one comment on any social media post. Is this because there is nothing good to say and the awards are made up. Bottom line is you advertise falsely and an official complaint is the only way forward.
