Their customer service is outstanding and the amount of time this tool saves me is incredible. Smartbnb has helped me maintain my Superhost status by providing great communication with my guests for over 2 years now. Well worth every single cent!

GBExcellent software, top notch customer service. Excellent software. Excellent staff. Pays for itself immediately. This is the only app I’ve ever used where after talking to support about my issues 9/10 they explain things well enough that I understand the issue is with my business processes and not their app - almost worth the app cost just for the business consulting. I hope they can retain this level of support as they scale because I am sure they will grow quickly with such an awesome service.

GBNon existent support. Great looking software but there is absolutely no support other than an outdated knowledge board. Average wait time is supposed to be 6 hours but I've never had a reply in 8 hours, on all occasions I've tried, until I chase it up, again and again. Bottom line I've not been bookable for 12 hours, and it's due to hospitable's software. So in reality looks are not everything. *edit.. And I could of predicted the reply, this has been the same response for 10 days. There is not one comment on any social media post. Is this because there is nothing good to say and the awards are made up. Bottom line is you advertise falsely and an official complaint is the only way forward.

GBGreat support + user friendly! I had looked around to comparable PMS platforms and found Hospitable to be the most user friendly. Although they are still releasing updates to compete better with the other platforms, it is worth the wait! They keep you informed and are transparent of their updates + difficulties weekly / monthly which is great! Especially when there is an outage or disconnect to a booking platform. Looking forward to the new features to come!
