A “must-have” tool for AirBnB owners I LOVE Smartbnb and could not imagine running my short term rental without this tool. Their customer service is outstanding and the amount of time this tool saves me is incredible. Smartbnb has helped me maintain my Superhost status by providing great communication with my guests for over 2 years now. Well worth every single cent!

No lies here No lies here, Hospitable has been a game changer for us. We came from another platform that was troublesome and kept getting g double bookings. Hospitable is one of the easiest platforms we have ever used. In fact, we’ve been using it a few months now and I still can’t believe how easy it is. I love the look and feel of it. I don’t think we will ever change!

Same as always: no support Same as always: no support Can't log in to Hospitable for 3 weeks now. I'm receiving automated emails from Hospitable that there is a broken link and you can't sync my calendar. Really serious. There is no phone number to call - everything is text and email. So with no more than one text or email response per day from Hospital on my issue it's never getting resolved. You're not syncing my calendars - probably because of some software 'update' that wiped out what was entered and now your website won't let me log in to fix it? What service are you providing to me?

Excellent software, top notch customer service. Excellent software. Excellent staff. Pays for itself immediately. This is the only app I’ve ever used where after talking to support about my issues 9/10 they explain things well enough that I understand the issue is with my business processes and not their app - almost worth the app cost just for the business consulting. I hope they can retain this level of support as they scale because I am sure they will grow quickly with such an awesome service.
