GBNon existent support. Great looking software but there is absolutely no support other than an outdated knowledge board. Average wait time is supposed to be 6 hours but I've never had a reply in 8 hours, on all occasions I've tried, until I chase it up, again and again. Bottom line I've not been bookable for 12 hours, and it's due to hospitable's software. So in reality looks are not everything. *edit.. And I could of predicted the reply, this has been the same response for 10 days. There is not one comment on any social media post. Is this because there is nothing good to say and the awards are made up. Bottom line is you advertise falsely and an official complaint is the only way forward.

USPerfect Dashboard to Grow This app is incredible for managing our rental houses. There are a ton of features that save time but in particular the AI for drafting messages and communicating with the guests is so useful.

USDesigned to make STR management Simple Initial setup is pretty easy and their customer support is amazing. After researching a few other PMS's, I think this one best fits my needs/management style and price is comparable to other software's. It was also really easy to connect Hospitable's calendar with my own direct booking website.

USHospitable has been a great PMS Hospitable has been a great PMS. Zero issues with syncing thus far. User interface is clean. I greatly appreciate the messaging supports as they significantly decrease workload. Frequently reflect on other hosts expressing frustrations with other PMS and am happy that I choose to go with Hospitable.

GBIt works but expect constant issues.. It works but expect constant issues, bugs and days of waiting help from support. A lot of issues with integration, especially with VRBO and Booking. Support is VERY bad and often not really competent. They can just forget about your inquiry or respond within 2-3 days when you need help very soon. I am considering to leave them. Looking for alternatives.
