This is the only app I’ve ever used where after talking to support about my issues 9/10 they explain things well enough that I understand the issue is with my business processes and not their app - almost worth the app cost just for the business consulting. I hope they can retain this level of support as they scale because I am sure they will grow quickly with such an awesome service.
