AUHospitable is excellent software for our 4 short term rentals in Australia Hospitable is excellent software for our 4 short term rentals. It has automated a lot of the routine work such as checkin and questions from guests on basic stuff. For us it’s like another employee in the business. We also appreciate the software is continually being updated with new features on a regular basis. Providing us with a direct booking option and getting us on GVR has been super easy. Highly recommended

GBGreat support + user friendly! I had looked around to comparable PMS platforms and found Hospitable to be the most user friendly. Although they are still releasing updates to compete better with the other platforms, it is worth the wait! They keep you informed and are transparent of their updates + difficulties weekly / monthly which is great! Especially when there is an outage or disconnect to a booking platform. Looking forward to the new features to come!

GBHospitable is the perfect management… Hospitable is the perfect management program! With AI response features that must be trained on my own communications (they sound just like me!), to perfectly synced calendars and stellar direct booking options - they’ve never let me down. I’ve tried much more expensive options and been frustrated by the lack of options or non intuitive user interfaces. Hospitable simply couldn’t be better, yet I have a feeling they’ll find a way!

GBHospitable has been a great PMS Hospitable has been a great PMS. Zero issues with syncing thus far. User interface is clean. I greatly appreciate the messaging supports as they significantly decrease workload. Frequently reflect on other hosts expressing frustrations with other PMS and am happy that I choose to go with Hospitable.

GBConstantly innovating, high accessible team, good pricing model What I've liked so far about Hospitable, is that they seem to be constantly innovating. They are also very transparent about where they are at, including when things go wrong. They have weekly townhall calls with the CEO being available to answer direct questions from their customers. Their support has also been very good, answering any question I've had, and usually going well beyond my expectations. For example, I was using their parent-child listing capability such that 2 connected units could be rent separately, or someone could rent them together. I had a question on how to setup their automated lock codes feature in that scenario, and not only did they explain that but also helped me with options for the door connecting the 2 units, which I hadn't originally thought about. I also love how they are leveraging AI to help me. Specifically, I received a request from one of the 4 connected channels...in Chinese. Hospitable automatically translated that, and the AI recommended an excellent reply, which was then translated back to Chinese. There is a lot more I like about Hospitable...calendar sync, team tasks, direct hosting website and booking system. But the main thing I like is the people running it and how accessible they are. Highly recommended.
