Tenantcloud does a great job giving me… Tenantcloud does a great job giving me the tools to support my rental properties. I gave 4/5 stars as troubleshooting can be clunky, and the payment system changed. I now pay a fee to wait a week to receive payment (before it was free to receive payment within 24 hours). Otherwise, I've enjoyed using the platform.

Incredible platform This platform has been everything I could ever need. When I’m unsure about something, or lost, the help team is absolutely incredible. I can navigate the site easily as a landlord, and am able to manage my properties with ease!

Highly Recommended! I have been using Tenant Cloud for several years and it has been a fantastic addition to the property management portion of our business. The functions are intuitive and helpful in everyday situations. It is easy to collect rent for all of our properties in one location and stay connected with our tenants. The customer support is phenomenal! I am always able to speak with a service rep quickly and they are great at walking me through any issue that comes up. I highly recommend this software!!

4 year user says tenantcloud is great! We have been using Tenantcloud since 2019. Our favorite feature is that it allows a smooth online experience for our tenants to apply, pay, sign, and do everything they need to do without the hassle of mail or checks. It gives us an easy way to set up recurring transactions and to bill our tenants for various fees. While there have been bugs or questions a few times, the helpdesk has been very responsive.

Although she wasn't initially 100% certain about the easiest resolution for my issue, she went the extra mile by consulting with her team lead. She promptly called me back with an update, confirming that her initial suggestion was indeed the best way forward.
