Best property management platform of the market I've been using Tenant Cloud for about 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about the company. I've had a lot of questions over the years and every time I receive a timely and accurate response from the Tenant Cloud team. Their platform is easy to use, inexpensive (especially for what you get) and gives me nearly everything that I could ask for as a small landlord (5 units).

It makes management super easy TenantCloud has made management easy. I was new to being a landlord and explored several software options - this one seemed to be the easiest to use! I've used it to get leads, accept applications, set up recurring billing for rent and utilities, and run reports. I love that I can use TC's templates or create my own for leases, documents, and notices. I highly recommend it to everyone who asks!

Highly Recommended! I have been using Tenant Cloud for several years and it has been a fantastic addition to the property management portion of our business. The functions are intuitive and helpful in everyday situations. It is easy to collect rent for all of our properties in one location and stay connected with our tenants.
