It makes management super easy TenantCloud has made management easy. I was new to being a landlord and explored several software options - this one seemed to be the easiest to use! I've used it to get leads, accept applications, set up recurring billing for rent and utilities, and run reports. I love that I can use TC's templates or create my own for leases, documents, and notices. I highly recommend it to everyone who asks!

4 year user says tenantcloud is great! We have been using Tenantcloud since 2019. Our favorite feature is that it allows a smooth online experience for our tenants to apply, pay, sign, and do everything they need to do without the hassle of mail or checks. It gives us an easy way to set up recurring transactions and to bill our tenants for various fees. While there have been bugs or questions a few times, the helpdesk has been very responsive.

3 years with TenantCloud We have been using TenantCloud for over 3 years now and have had a great experience with it. TenantCloud helps us keep everything organized and keeps our tenants on the know by automatically sending them rent payment reminders and letting the tenants and us comunicate within the platform and let's them send maintenence requests and rent payment as well. It's also very helpful by providing us local services/vendors for maintenence requests and allowing us to keep records of everything for tax purposes. It's a one stop shop and we highly recommend it.

No customer support I have been using TC to accept online payments from Renters for over a year. This month, my renters are being told that their Landlord (me) is not able to accept payments online. When I contacted TC to ask them what the problem is they said "We don't know. We have messaged Stripe to see what the problem is". I don't know what changed, or why, but the entire reason I use TC is so my renters can pay online and suddenly that doesn't work anymore and no one at TC cares.

Best property management platform of the market I've been using Tenant Cloud for about 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about the company. I've had a lot of questions over the years and every time I receive a timely and accurate response from the Tenant Cloud team. Their platform is easy to use, inexpensive (especially for what you get) and gives me nearly everything that I could ask for as a small landlord (5 units).
