Easy-to-use interface and powerful customization options, we're able to offer our customers a wide range of choices. But what really sets this product apart is their amazing team. Whenever we have a question or issue, they're always so quick to answer and help us out.

A plugin NOT suited to the Printing Industry Where does one start… This does not work for a real printshop environment. Deadlines were not met and there were bugs galore when an update was finally received. Items that were working before then became a problem with the next update. Promises after promises were made and not kept. You cannot reach them telephonically and request upon request to talk via Zoom was ignored. Not professional at all. As a quality litho printer in Johannesburg South Africa we felt we were kept at arms length as they only worked via emails which was very frustrating with the ongoing problems we were faced with. We asked for top management to make contact and that to was ignored. Eventually we had no option but to pull the plug but they refused any refund despite all the emails that support our stance of non-performance. They were, in our view, a nightmare to work with and the Plug-in a total disaster. So if you are in the Printing Industry we suggest you stay away from this solution. Update after receiving their response 9 months later: Dear ImprintNext, We didn’t miss anything! We have every email to prove every point of our review. You couldn’t even just apologise… my goodness! Just the fact that you took 9 months to respond shows clearly the lack of service and support.

ImprintNext is one of my go-to solutions for product customization. ImprintNext is one of my go-to solutions for product customization. I love the way it plugs into ecommerce platforms like Shopify. Initially I was using it on WooCommerce but then I switched to Shopify. It switched like a charm with minimal migrations in a pretty quick time. My Back Office team loves the Production Management system this software provides. Their customer support team is quite responsive. The upgrade process is manual which I don't like. They go on pushing new features which might not be relevant to my business.I have to turn them off. Apart from this everything looks good for me.
