SEI liked their software I liked their software. My customers love the design features, cliparts that come with it. The text effects that can be applied using this design tool is phenomenal. One major issue I found is that they don't support my native language. Mostly they are into European languages and English I believe.

GBI chose this product because they have… I chose this product because they have a dedicated team to modify the design studio based on specific business requirements. Which I could not find in most of the product designer tools out there. For almost all design studio solutions one has to compromise with whatever is provided by default. That's the major reason I chose this. I must say I am happy with the software .

ZAA plugin NOT suited to the Printing Industry Where does one start… This does not work for a real printshop environment. Deadlines were not met and there were bugs galore when an update was finally received. Items that were working before then became a problem with the next update. Promises after promises were made and not kept. You cannot reach them telephonically and request upon request to talk via Zoom was ignored. Not professional at all. As a quality litho printer in Johannesburg South Africa we felt we were kept at arms length as they only worked via emails which was very frustrating with the ongoing problems we were faced with. We asked for top management to make contact and that to was ignored. Eventually we had no option but to pull the plug but they refused any refund despite all the emails that support our stance of non-performance. They were, in our view, a nightmare to work with and the Plug-in a total disaster. So if you are in the Printing Industry we suggest you stay away from this solution. Update after receiving their response 9 months later: Dear ImprintNext, We didn’t miss anything! We have every email to prove every point of our review. You couldn’t even just apologise… my goodness! Just the fact that you took 9 months to respond shows clearly the lack of service and support.
