I was skeptical about this company… I was skeptical about this company because some of the reviews are negative and it was a lot of upfront money. But to be honest I have been very impressed with their follow through! They have supported our onlin store long after the "support window" and are still closing support tickets on my behalf in a timely manner. Thanks to Adam, he has been a rock star for me, and very patient with me from the beginning. Taking time to give video demonstrations and screen shares when needed. I am coming to write this review months after purchase because we migrated our website and it created a huge issue with everything, including the store front. These guys are understanding and are helping to guide us through restoring the website. Glad I took the chance!

Honest Review from user. Worst company and worst software 100% guarantee They dont responds you after you paid the software. Software have lots of issues. It will not working according to what you need. There is no days software dont have issue. The technical support are not responding. Supports are not working

A plugin NOT suited to the Printing Industry Where does one start… This does not work for a real printshop environment. Deadlines were not met and there were bugs galore when an update was finally received. Items that were working before then became a problem with the next update. Promises after promises were made and not kept. You cannot reach them telephonically and request upon request to talk via Zoom was ignored. Not professional at all. As a quality litho printer in Johannesburg South Africa we felt we were kept at arms length as they only worked via emails which was very frustrating with the ongoing problems we were faced with. We asked for top management to make contact and that to was ignored. Eventually we had no option but to pull the plug but they refused any refund despite all the emails that support our stance of non-performance. They were, in our view, a nightmare to work with and the Plug-in a total disaster. So if you are in the Printing Industry we suggest you stay away from this solution. Update after receiving their response 9 months later: Dear ImprintNext, We didn’t miss anything! We have every email to prove every point of our review. You couldn’t even just apologise… my goodness! Just the fact that you took 9 months to respond shows clearly the lack of service and support.

The programme is fantastic The programme is fantastic. However, we required a different setup because we wanted the design space on banners and other signage products to have a certain shape and size. Everything is working smoothly.
