Almost perfect The product is good at keeping demodex population at lower level. After using it for a month every night, demodex is still there and the wipes need to be used continuously and maybe indefinitely. That is why I didn't give 5 stars as they are on expensive spectrum.

Cliradex Sizing I have always used Cliradex to prevent red or dry eyes, swollen eyelids, sticky lashes, itching, burning or stinging, grittiness in the eyes and crustiness around the outer edge of the eyelid. Too big piece of moistened application, I don't need that big, one side for each eye. I cut piece into 4 sections, using each side for both eyes, and then rubber band the packet to keep the remaining 3 sections moist to use in the evening or morning.

Great product and great service. Fast and reasonably priced shipping on top of a great product. It's a bit pricier than the competition but, honestly, there is no competition as the Cliradex works and the other brands ... not so much.

Journey to healthier eyes This was prescribed to me by my ophthalmologist years ago. It is a daily hygienic routine with the warm compress protocol and the Cliradex wipes along with a prescription eye drops. At my last visit my eyes have an all clear from dry eyes or inflammation. I attribute this to the hygienic daily routine that includes Cliradex. thank you

Zero customer service Hello, Unfortunately, your product did not help me. In fact, it burned. I contacted customer service via email well within the 30 days for a refund. I also called about a refund. The agent on the phone assured me of my refund and said I might be contacted to return product. I have NOT been contacted or refunded. Wish customer service actually provided service.
