These eyelid wipes are used by my… These eyelid wipes are used by my husband. He finds them very effective in eliminating the crust on his upper eyelids. However, he was wondering why they aren’t recommended for the lower lids as well?

Cliradex Sizing I have always used Cliradex to prevent red or dry eyes, swollen eyelids, sticky lashes, itching, burning or stinging, grittiness in the eyes and crustiness around the outer edge of the eyelid. Too big piece of moistened application, I don't need that big, one side for each eye. I cut piece into 4 sections, using each side for both eyes, and then rubber band the packet to keep the remaining 3 sections moist to use in the evening or morning.

It is a daily hygienic routine with the warm compress protocol and the Cliradex wipes along with a prescription eye drops. At my last visit my eyes have an all clear from dry eyes or inflammation. Zero customer service Hello, Unfortunately, your product did not help me. In fact, it burned. I contacted customer service via email well within the 30 days for a refund. I also called about a refund. The agent on the phone assured me of my refund and said I might be contacted to return product. I have NOT been contacted or refunded. Wish customer service actually provided service.

Excellent product - terrible customer service The product itself is excellent and I’ve used this over the years for maintenance. My one issue is their horrible customer service. I signed up for the monthly subscription and it’s been skipping randomly and without notice. I emailed customer service asking for help in figuring out what the issue is because not using the wipes causes my dry eye issue to worsen. It’s been 2 weeks and not a single response from them. I’m extremely frustrated as a long time customer I was expecting better. I may have to look around for an alternative product.
