CAI finally received my order I finally received my order, but had to pay an additional $34.67 to the delivery person who said that the item was stopped at customs and I was charged an additional fee. I already paid a lot for the item, waited a long time to receive it, and now had to pay even more.

USWonderful Customer service Customer service. I ordered an item as a gift for my son and after paying remembered I should have had it shipped to him. I sent an email to customer service and was pleasantly surprised when the following morning had a reply saying they had corrected the shipping and it would be sent to my son. It saved me the time that I would have spent to package and drive to the post office to send to him. I am so grateful for their quick response.
