Great customer service My oral device stopped working after about 9 months. I sent them a video of it not working and received a reply immediately that they would ship out a new device, no charge. Great customer service!

Novalabs has the best customer service… Novalabs has the best customer service I have experienced with any on line company. They respond to emails and inquiries very quickly, they stand behind their products absolutely and are professional, helpful, friendly . This is the kind of customer service that all companies should strive for. I totally trust this company. I had a LED mat stop working properly. I contact acted them and they immediately responded with a request for a short video to illustrate the malfunction. They then quickly made arrangements to replace the malfunctioning mat. What more could we ask for. Bucks was awesome CSA. Thank you Thank you Novalab.

Very good products and service Everyone that I have worked with at NovaaLab has been so helpful and responses are quick and informative. I am positively surprised I am positively surprised! Now I can say WOW! I got today refund $124 from Novaalab for device that I returned a few days ago. In less than 24 hours after posting my negative review about my past problems with their customer service experience. Now everything moved to another, good level. Everything would be even perfect, if they also credited back my shipping charges. But things are still unexpectably good. New Customer Service rep. Bucks did a good job fast. When I contacted NovaaLab about a… When I contacted NovaaLab about a problem with my red light pad, I received a response within a couple of hours. After more email communications they determined that a replacement was in order. This transaction took less 24 hours. I really appreciated their customer service. I've been using my light pad almost daily since I purchased it 14 months ago. It has been a blessing to help relieve low back and hip pain. I highly recommend this belt and this company.
