After more email communications they determined that a replacement was in order. This transaction took less 24 hours. I really appreciated their customer service. I've been using my light pad almost daily since I purchased it 14 months ago. It has been a blessing to help relieve low back and hip pain. I highly recommend this belt and this company.

CAI finally received my order I finally received my order, but had to pay an additional $34.67 to the delivery person who said that the item was stopped at customs and I was charged an additional fee. I already paid a lot for the item, waited a long time to receive it, and now had to pay even more.

GBHappy gums I purchased the NovaaLab Oral device and have been using every day for a week. I have noticed an improvement in the chronic sensitivity I have had for years, and this is only a week in.
