I have been begging them for months to cancel my subscription on an account I no longer have access to but they never respond. Yesterday I got a $70 charge and finally had enough. (It's been over $250) I asked for a refund and they offered me credit for a product I don't like or want and will never use. Buyer beware.

I tried some other, but Nimbus is great, easy to use. Still exploring some options, but mostly saving full page of text from browser, instead copying to word. Started paid option to see difference, but so far nothing to be exited for me personally. As a free user, have more than enough possibilities.
