I did this as it is the practice with many software vendors. In the next step, I had to click on a confirmation button to activate the account. A few seconds later, I received a push notification that the annual fee from Nimbus had been charged to my credit card. I immediately wrote to the support team to clear this up. They first wanted to tell me that the error was mine. When I was then able to show via screen video and screenshots that they had defrauded me, I was assured that they would investigate. That was on February 14, 2024. I kept asking when I would get my money back and was constantly told that the process was taking so long. Today is April 8, 2024 and I still haven't received my money back. Sorry, but that's fraud for me. I cannot recommend this software! Please stay away.
