GBThey went the extra 20 miles to support us We were converting from a graphic library that has not been supported for quite a few years to SyncFusion. Our application requires continuous graphing of high volumes of data in a multi-threaded application. SyncFusion support provided tremendous support to get a solution that would support our needs. They were very patient when I was confused and just did what it took to get this working. What they had to do was not trivial but they managed to get it working. I am VERY impressed.

GHSyncfusion toolkit, what is left 1) Some of the code examples in the online documentation are old, and does not reflect changes in the recent weekly releases 2) We will like see more youtube videos and how to use the toolkits. I struggled before I could grasp the working principles

ITNot so good Other companies, such as Telerik and DevExpress, offer superior products. While they may have fewer components, they are well-tested. With Syncfusion, we've encountered numerous bugs in their controls, resulting in significant time wasted on ticket submissions. The support provided by Syncfusion is subpar; they often take months to address issues and seem indifferent to user feedback. Their proposed solutions frequently fail to address the root problem. Additionally, feature requests remain in evaluation for years without any meaningful response to our requirements. The design of the Blazor components is particularly poor. Given the recent price increase, it's advisable to consider alternatives in the market.

ESUntested controls I have been using some of their controls for Xamarin Forms for 5+ years now. My honest opinion is that their controls are highly untested. So if you are aiming for a more complex use than the shown in guide, you are going to find out some important bugs. I can say I found problems with almost all of controls I used. Some problems are just easy to solve (elements of style customization being ignored). Some other are just making the whole control unusable. For instance, SfChat has an obligatory behaviour of starting the listView on the first message and automatically scroll till last one. Super cool when you have 20 messages. UNUSABLE in real cases where you have 1500 messages as you would just stay staring at the screen scrolling by inself for 30 seconds without even being able to interact with the control. If you just want the plain control without any type of customization, it definitely saves you some implementation time.
