Beautiful controls and amazing support Syncfusion's controls are beautiful, and their documentation is great, but what sets them apart for me is their support. We jumped into Blazor right at the beginning at a time when the controls were v1.0. We had many paper cuts on the way (as one would expect with a new tech), but the support has always been super solid. The Syncfusion team in the forum are so active and helpful that I have not had to submit a help desk ticket in years. Answers to questions are always comprehensive and often come with a sample project. Very happy with our decision to go with Syncfusion.

Untested controls I have been using some of their controls for Xamarin Forms for 5+ years now. My honest opinion is that their controls are highly untested. So if you are aiming for a more complex use than the shown in guide, you are going to find out some important bugs. I can say I found problems with almost all of controls I used. Some problems are just easy to solve (elements of style customization being ignored). Some other are just making the whole control unusable. For instance, SfChat has an obligatory behaviour of starting the listView on the first message and automatically scroll till last one. Super cool when you have 20 messages. UNUSABLE in real cases where you have 1500 messages as you would just stay staring at the screen scrolling by inself for 30 seconds without even being able to interact with the control. If you just want the plain control without any type of customization, it definitely saves you some implementation time.

Dynamic Company, Syncfusion I think WinUI is not that popular framework yet. Syncfusion already prepared the best WinUI framework. I chose WinUI for legacy c++ libraries use in .NET framework. I am new to WinUI and there were not many articles I can refer to about WinUI. Syncfusion provides awesome WinUI Controls include beautiful Chart libraries and Grid control. especially Charts with animation is really good. I also like your active support too. Syncfusion contacted me first and asked if I have questions. so I replied with some questions about WinUI Controls. Then I could get the solution quickly. I also saw many other frameworks products. it makes me think of that Syncfusion is very dynamic company and I can get the best help from Syncfusion products in future too.

We started with 3 licenses in 2020 for $1200,- 2021 $1295,- 2022 $1495, 2023 $1495,- and now they say they changed their license structure to make it more suitable for their customers and the normal price is now $4750,- and we can get a super discount of 15% and will pay $4000,- an increase of 2500/1495 = 167% As that is a normal way of doing Business with Syncfusion I want warn all who are considering to start using Synfusion

Syncfusion toolkit, what is left 1) Some of the code examples in the online documentation are old, and does not reflect changes in the recent weekly releases 2) We will like see more youtube videos and how to use the toolkits. I struggled before I could grasp the working principles
