They went the extra 20 miles to support us We were converting from a graphic library that has not been supported for quite a few years to SyncFusion. Our application requires continuous graphing of high volumes of data in a multi-threaded application. SyncFusion support provided tremendous support to get a solution that would support our needs. They were very patient when I was confused and just did what it took to get this working. What they had to do was not trivial but they managed to get it working. I am VERY impressed.

ESSENTIAL STUDIO I tried ESSENTIAL STUDIO for programming some programs its very nice only remaining Reports and Forms i hope to adds it in next version i want to change form style and applied it for all program and all forms also i want to create report and print it or export it to pdf or excel or word or another things And thanks for every thing

The integration with our development flow is flawless and it really helps us tackling different aspects of our software that would otherwise be a nightmare. But the most outstanding is their support and their team. Does not matter if it is a bug report or just a query their team is always ready to help, and most of the times even within hours. When the problem cannot be solved immediately they give a date and you can put your signature on it, it will be solved til then. Thumbs up for this company.

Greate experience with Syncfusion Grid component We are using the Grid UI component which is best in class. It provides many useful features such as filtering, sorting, searching, pagination, etc... You can also customize the menu and other stuff for your own needs. The Syncfusion support is very great. You can submit ticket for any question related to those components. Usually, you will get reply less than 24 hours. They will even provide technical support meeting to help you debug issues. And for the bugs you reported, they always try to fix them in the next release.
