They went the extra 20 miles to support us We were converting from a graphic library that has not been supported for quite a few years to SyncFusion. Our application requires continuous graphing of high volumes of data in a multi-threaded application. SyncFusion support provided tremendous support to get a solution that would support our needs. They were very patient when I was confused and just did what it took to get this working. What they had to do was not trivial but they managed to get it working. I am VERY impressed.

Recently I got to use one of the… Recently I got to use one of the Control from Synfusion UI Library and It worked nicely on Browser but it had some issues on Tablet. I contacted the Syncfusion Support and they have given me some usefull Tipps and it solved my problem and I can statisfy my Client too so I am happy with their Support. Do NOT use this product. Bad support! Do NOT use this product because of bad customer service. Whenever I need help with support, they always tell me to put in a feature request or give me an article that I can google myself. They asked me to fill out a survey. I left negative feedback. They escalated to the upper management of my company. That's a good way to respond to negative feedback. Impressive!

A company with a really good product and a fantastic support For the last couple of years we have used Syncfusion products. The integration with our development flow is flawless and it really helps us tackling different aspects of our software that would otherwise be a nightmare. But the most outstanding is their support and their team. Does not matter if it is a bug report or just a query their team is always ready to help, and most of the times even within hours. When the problem cannot be solved immediately they give a date and you can put your signature on it, it will be solved til then. Thumbs up for this company.

I am struggling to use their products… I am struggling to use their products with community licence. Almost every product have problems. Desktop widgeds not properly work at Visual Studio. It messing up all project. Asp controls even basic project not properly setup. Microsoft's standart controls far more nice.
