I am struggling to use their products… I am struggling to use their products with community licence. Almost every product have problems. Desktop widgeds not properly work at Visual Studio. It messing up all project. Asp controls even basic project not properly setup. Microsoft's standart controls far more nice.

Untested controls I have been using some of their controls for Xamarin Forms for 5+ years now. My honest opinion is that their controls are highly untested. So if you are aiming for a more complex use than the shown in guide, you are going to find out some important bugs. I can say I found problems with almost all of controls I used. Some problems are just easy to solve (elements of style customization being ignored). Some other are just making the whole control unusable. For instance, SfChat has an obligatory behaviour of starting the listView on the first message and automatically scroll till last one. Super cool when you have 20 messages. UNUSABLE in real cases where you have 1500 messages as you would just stay staring at the screen scrolling by inself for 30 seconds without even being able to interact with the control. If you just want the plain control without any type of customization, it definitely saves you some implementation time.

Do NOT use this product. Bad support! Do NOT use this product because of bad customer service. Whenever I need help with support, they always tell me to put in a feature request or give me an article that I can google myself. They asked me to fill out a survey. I left negative feedback. They escalated to the upper management of my company. That's a good way to respond to negative feedback. Impressive!

Recently I got to use one of the… Recently I got to use one of the Control from Synfusion UI Library and It worked nicely on Browser but it had some issues on Tablet. I contacted the Syncfusion Support and they have given me some usefull Tipps and it solved my problem and I can statisfy my Client too so I am happy with their Support. Their Xamarin UI tools are great Their Xamarin UI tools are great, and the free Community license is indispensable for small developers like myself. I've contacted their support group a few times, either with questions or bugs, and their responses are timely and helpful.
