AULots of options, excellent support After years of using SF professionally, I always have been able to get speedy, expert and very friendly support from the SF support team. The number of options of the SF are quite overwhelming at first, but the documentation (e.g. software examples) have been very helpful to get the most out of the package.

GBExcellent Support From other reviews, they seem hit-and-miss, but my experience is excellent. One query I had on the forums was down to the way I was using a control, and another query is a genuine bug report. They got back to me within 24h and are letting me know the bugfix progress. I can't ask for more - especially as I'm only on the community licence.

USThey went the extra 20 miles to support us We were converting from a graphic library that has not been supported for quite a few years to SyncFusion. Our application requires continuous graphing of high volumes of data in a multi-threaded application. SyncFusion support provided tremendous support to get a solution that would support our needs. They were very patient when I was confused and just did what it took to get this working. What they had to do was not trivial but they managed to get it working. I am VERY impressed.

TRI am struggling to use their products… I am struggling to use their products with community licence. Almost every product have problems. Desktop widgeds not properly work at Visual Studio. It messing up all project. Asp controls even basic project not properly setup. Microsoft's standart controls far more nice.

CADo NOT use this product. Bad support! Do NOT use this product because of bad customer service. Whenever I need help with support, they always tell me to put in a feature request or give me an article that I can google myself. They asked me to fill out a survey. I left negative feedback. They escalated to the upper management of my company. That's a good way to respond to negative feedback. Impressive!
