I ordered from this company a week ago… I ordered from this company a week ago and have yet to get any type of update on my order that only says “placed” and they haven’t responded to any of my emails either. At this point I don’t expect anything and just want to cancel my order.

good The actual product is great, my dog seems to be a bit more comfortable when I give him a daily chew. My problem is, I ordered the chews and got my confirmation on November 10, 2022, I finally received the chews on February 18, 2023. Shipped from AZ to MA. USPS Priority Mail. Posting date from the company was February 3, 2023. Four months, no explanation. Will never use this company again.

I would like to apologize to… I would like to apologize to Skywellness, I was upset when I wrote my first review, I was a first time customer and in pain as I do suffer from a painful disorder, I found thier product to be helpful with my pain, When I ordered I didnt receive my product so I vented, after speaking with Mr. Green he apoloized and made up my order and provided me w/ my product and a few extra Goodies!! I am extremely happy with the service and product. I tell all my friends about how wonderful this product is, I am definitely be a forver returing customer! Thank you Skywellness / Mr. Green!!

Highest concentration of CBD per ounce for an affordable CBD product line First of all, I have not seen other CBD products with as much mg per ounce as Skywellness' products. That's the first reason I bought their CBD oils. After being a longtime customer, I was surprised by the fact that this company has the best leadership and customer service in the industry. Their team was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond my request and expectations in order to take care of my recent issue.
