I had some major technical issues with redemption the past month and the CS was able to get in touch quickly. But they changed partners and switched to Gifted Ph and now I am encountering problems with redeeming my reward from ipsos isay. I already emailed Xoxoday's customer service but my isssue has not yet been resolved. I am so disappointed.
