I did not have any problems with Xoxoday when they partnered with Giftaway Ph last year. But they changed partners and switched to Gifted Ph and now I am encountering problems with redeeming my reward from ipsos isay. I already emailed Xoxoday's customer service but my isssue has not yet been resolved. I am so disappointed.

When flagged this with their CS, they breached GDPR and gave me the person's full name, and email address to confirm I did not know this person. Poor CS followed, I was asked lots of questions, I would answer, then I would get a generic response back. This was repeated again and again. After that I kept getting the same copied-and-pasted response from them, saying it was a priority and they were 'looking into it'. They made no effort to rectify the situation and would not acknowledge any request for a more local, or senior contact. Do not waste your time or money with this company.
