GBUntrustworthy, poor CS, and GDPR breach They issued a voucher that had already been issued/used by someone else in Germany (I am UK based). When flagged this with their CS, they breached GDPR and gave me the person's full name, and email address to confirm I did not know this person. Poor CS followed, I was asked lots of questions, I would answer, then I would get a generic response back. This was repeated again and again. After that I kept getting the same copied-and-pasted response from them, saying it was a priority and they were 'looking into it'. They made no effort to rectify the situation and would not acknowledge any request for a more local, or senior contact. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

PHXoxoday is such a great marketplace Xoxoday is such a great marketplace for purchasing various perks, giftcards, vouchers and coupons. They are easy-to-navigate website where you can easily redeem vouchers or gift cards. While at the same time you are able to check your own balance on seeing how much you still have on your code/points balance. Also, they have good customer service. When I have a query, they respond to me as soon as possible, and that is one of the best experiences I have with them. Hence, what i really enjoy about Xoxoday is, they have a lot of partners like Gcash, Paypal, Shopee, Lazada, Grab, Steam and many more where you can use it on cash, prepaid card, crypto, for food and restaurant, gaming, grocery, subscriptions, offers and so on.

AEA pain to get off mailing list I ended up not needing their service. I tried to unsubscribe to their mailing list and they would not let me without first 'logging in' to their system. I decided to submit a ticket to their support with the simple instruction: Please remove me from all mailing lists. They emailed back and asked for screenshots of the problem. I responded that they should not need screenshots to remove me from the mailing list. Please just remove my email from their mailing lists. They 'Closed' the ticked as as 'Resolved' and did not remove me from the mailing list. They then sent me a survey for my experience. I put 'Extremely Dissatisfied. They reached out to ask for a call/meeting to discuss my survey. As entertaining as the the whole experience was at this point, I was fed up, so I just went through the password recovery process, logged in, and unsubscribed. Hopefully I stop receiving the emails now... but I hate when companies prevent you from an easy unsubscribe.
