When I have a query, they respond to me as soon as possible, and that is one of the best experiences I have with them. GBUntrustworthy, poor CS, and GDPR breach They issued a voucher that had already been issued/used by someone else in Germany (I am UK based). When flagged this with their CS, they breached GDPR and gave me the person's full name, and email address to confirm I did not know this person. Poor CS followed, I was asked lots of questions, I would answer, then I would get a generic response back. This was repeated again and again. After that I kept getting the same copied-and-pasted response from them, saying it was a priority and they were 'looking into it'. They made no effort to rectify the situation and would not acknowledge any request for a more local, or senior contact. Do not waste your time or money with this company.
