Pathetic Customer Support Never seen such pathetic customer support. There is no responsiveness at all. You send them 5 emails and they never respond to them. You connect them to Whatsapp chat, they listen and after sometime disconnects. You ask them for call support. They say there is no such support.

I did not have any problems with Xoxoday when they partnered with Giftaway Ph last year. But they changed partners and switched to Gifted Ph and now I am encountering problems with redeeming my reward from ipsos isay. Untrustworthy, poor CS, and GDPR breach They issued a voucher that had already been issued/used by someone else in Germany (I am UK based). When flagged this with their CS, they breached GDPR and gave me the person's full name, and email address to confirm I did not know this person. Poor CS followed, I was asked lots of questions, I would answer, then I would get a generic response back. This was repeated again and again. After that I kept getting the same copied-and-pasted response from them, saying it was a priority and they were 'looking into it'. They made no effort to rectify the situation and would not acknowledge any request for a more local, or senior contact. Do not waste your time or money with this company.
