I had some major technical issues with redemption the past month and the CS was able to get in touch quickly. Xoxoday gave me an invalid code Xoxoday gave me an invalid code. The manager of the bakeshop said it is a used code. I did not have any problems with Xoxoday when they partnered with Giftaway Ph last year. But they changed partners and switched to Gifted Ph and now I am encountering problems with redeeming my reward from ipsos isay. I already emailed Xoxoday's customer service but my isssue has not yet been resolved. I am so disappointed.
