I did not have any problems with Xoxoday when they partnered with Giftaway Ph last year. But they changed partners and switched to Gifted Ph and now I am encountering problems with redeeming my reward from ipsos isay. I already emailed Xoxoday's customer service but my isssue has not yet been resolved. I am so disappointed.
