PHXoxoday gave me an invalid code Xoxoday gave me an invalid code. The manager of the bakeshop said it is a used code. I did not have any problems with Xoxoday when they partnered with Giftaway Ph last year. But they changed partners and switched to Gifted Ph and now I am encountering problems with redeeming my reward from ipsos isay. I already emailed Xoxoday's customer service but my isssue has not yet been resolved. I am so disappointed.

INPathetic Customer Support Never seen such pathetic customer support. There is no responsiveness at all. You send them 5 emails and they never respond to them. You connect them to Whatsapp chat, they listen and after sometime disconnects. You ask them for call support. They say there is no such support.
