AEA pain to get off mailing list I ended up not needing their service. I tried to unsubscribe to their mailing list and they would not let me without first 'logging in' to their system. I decided to submit a ticket to their support with the simple instruction: Please remove me from all mailing lists. They emailed back and asked for screenshots of the problem. I responded that they should not need screenshots to remove me from the mailing list. Please just remove my email from their mailing lists. They 'Closed' the ticked as as 'Resolved' and did not remove me from the mailing list. They then sent me a survey for my experience. I put 'Extremely Dissatisfied. They reached out to ask for a call/meeting to discuss my survey. As entertaining as the the whole experience was at this point, I was fed up, so I just went through the password recovery process, logged in, and unsubscribed. Hopefully I stop receiving the emails now... but I hate when companies prevent you from an easy unsubscribe.

INPathetic Customer Support Never seen such pathetic customer support. There is no responsiveness at all. You send them 5 emails and they never respond to them. You connect them to Whatsapp chat, they listen and after sometime disconnects. You ask them for call support. They say there is no such support.

Xoxoday is one of the best online marketplaces out there to redeem gift cards and vouchers for a reasonable fee. Also, you can choose any country for redemption. Lastly, the site has one of the best Customer Service Support, as they immediately reply and provide prompt actions to queries and issues I have. I had some major technical issues with redemption the past month and the CS was able to get in touch quickly. Though it took longer to receive the order (3 days) compared to my past transactions, still they were able to comply as promised.
