GBNo responses No responses. I tried the product for 1 week after getting it and was not impressed or happy with it. I went to the website and emailed the company email provided - No response. I called the number provided. I get some automated voice mail, no person, no personal response, nothing. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute purchase since they won't respond or take their product back.

GBDecent unit but turns off and on on its own The unit is nice and helpful for sore feet. However, it shuts itself off mid cycle and if turned off and plugged in, turns itself on intermittently. I wrote to them immediately and sent iPhone videos but they said they couldn’t view the videos and stopped writing back.
