GBPoor customer service, poor quality I placed the order directly from Tisscare website in the US and I got the order on time. However, the product was not of a good quality and it hurt the feet when tried it on. When I asked for return, I had to bear the shipping expense (over 40$) and still haven’t received any partial refund of the product. The customer service is extremely slow in replying to emails. Please improve the customer service experience or do not sell your products on your website.

GBThey sold me a broken used remote. I replaced a lost remote I replaced a lost remote. When it came it was obviously used and chipped. The battery cover would not be removed and there were scratches where someone had tried to pry it with a tool. It cost $10 -- totally ridiculous. What a total waste. Very disappointed.
