Best massager I found out the best feet massager. It has 3 setting modes. It has different speed levels, time function and my favorite is the heating function. After a tiring day just put your feets in it while watching tv or having dinner. It is compact it comes under the dinning table.

It's also pretty heavy and It's extremely well built, very sturdy and everything functions as it should. This foot massager is great. Perfect for people who have foot issues or have sore feet from standing or walking. I'm very happy with it and would recommend.

Poor customer service, poor quality I placed the order directly from Tisscare website in the US and I got the order on time. However, the product was not of a good quality and it hurt the feet when tried it on. When I asked for return, I had to bear the shipping expense (over 40$) and still haven’t received any partial refund of the product. The customer service is extremely slow in replying to emails. Please improve the customer service experience or do not sell your products on your website.

No responses No responses. I tried the product for 1 week after getting it and was not impressed or happy with it. I went to the website and emailed the company email provided - No response. I called the number provided. I get some automated voice mail, no person, no personal response, nothing. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute purchase since they won't respond or take their product back.

Decent unit but turns off and on on its own The unit is nice and helpful for sore feet. However, it shuts itself off mid cycle and if turned off and plugged in, turns itself on intermittently. I wrote to them immediately and sent iPhone videos but they said they couldn’t view the videos and stopped writing back.
