They sold me a broken used remote. I replaced a lost remote I replaced a lost remote. When it came it was obviously used and chipped. The battery cover would not be removed and there were scratches where someone had tried to pry it with a tool. It cost $10 -- totally ridiculous. What a total waste. Very disappointed.

No responses No responses. I tried the product for 1 week after getting it and was not impressed or happy with it. I went to the website and emailed the company email provided - No response. I called the number provided. I get some automated voice mail, no person, no personal response, nothing. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute purchase since they won't respond or take their product back.

One of my favorite buys ever I love this thing! Its one of the best things i bought and i use it so much. It has a heat setting and rotates in two different ways when massaging. You can set a timer and it has a handle to angle it at different positions when youre using it. Im able to massage my legs, my arms, and feet. The feet are my favorite. It provides so much relief after a long day. Its lasted for quite a while already. Ive had it probably close to 2 years already and its as good as the first day still. Dont think it will go out anytime soon but if it does, i will definitely be getting another. Its helped my aching feet so much and it dont take up too much space. Lightweight and pretty easy to move around!

The package arrived damaged which tells… The package arrived damaged which tells me it experienced ruff handling in transit or at your warehouse. There does not seem to be any damage to the unit. Because I travel between Michigan and Florida I would like another box sent to me to protect the unit while it is riding in my car. Thank you, RobertJTringale

Tisscare Foot Massager Used it the day i got it. It worked great. Multiple positions to massage feet (why I purchased it) calves, forearms. Multiple heat and time control buttons. Oh if you don’t want to use the manual functions, there’s a remote control unit as well. Nicely done Tisscare. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
