GBAnother great experience I am beyond happy with my website and with voolt in general. I sent in a request to make changes on my dns and I got a response within 24 hrs. My rep Maynara was prompt and on top of my request and within a day completed my request. The tech team a voolt is awesome.

GBTrust nobody that has no phone number… Trust nobody that has no phone number to call. That means they do not want to help you once you get the service or they have a small staff. Making it like they have a big staff If you make a website to their liking then you should have a phone number for any questions instead of online

GBBeen waiting for them to fix the domain… Been waiting for them to fix the domain name on my website for a week now. Can't never get ahold of someone from customer service. In the five tickets I've put in I've had one person set up a call then said I could reach out to him directly. Guess what yeah I guess it NO RESPONSE

GBIf I could leave zero stars I would If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT waste your time and money with this company. Their customer service is basically none existent. They take DAYS to respond to a service ticket request. My first problem was my edits were not being saved or uploaded/published. When they finally responded to my original request to fix the issue, it took almost 2 weeks for them to respond. The email I received said the issue was resolved, but when I went to update edits, the site still wouldn't update. Due to the response time and the fact that the ussue wasn't resolved, I was done with them. I went to another host provider and created another site with way more editing and customization control. However, I need Voolt to grant me access to the DNS server so I can transfer to my new provider. It took them 3 days to respond to my initial request and when they did respond, I was told the issue would be escalated to another team and they would be sending the access. We'll, it's been a week and I still haven't heard back. I have sent additional emails and no response!!!! There is no phone or live chat to speak with a human directly. I'm so disappointed I myself for not doing more research but personally, this company has been completely unprofessional and a real disaster. Proceed with caution or better yet, save yourself the headache, and take a pass on these guys!!!

DOThe service so far has been good and… The service so far has been good and responsive. The interface to manage leads is comfortable and the AI generator of websites is quite good. It's a bit expensive to start, but they are starting, with time and after getting more customer maybe they can offer more competitive price. And understand for some people $9 a month isn't much if the leads produce money.
