If I could leave zero stars I would If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT waste your time and money with this company. Their customer service is basically none existent. They take DAYS to respond to a service ticket request. My first problem was my edits were not being saved or uploaded/published. When they finally responded to my original request to fix the issue, it took almost 2 weeks for them to respond. The email I received said the issue was resolved, but when I went to update edits, the site still wouldn't update. Due to the response time and the fact that the ussue wasn't resolved, I was done with them. I went to another host provider and created another site with way more editing and customization control. However, I need Voolt to grant me access to the DNS server so I can transfer to my new provider. It took them 3 days to respond to my initial request and when they did respond, I was told the issue would be escalated to another team and they would be sending the access. We'll, it's been a week and I still haven't heard back. I have sent additional emails and no response!!!! There is no phone or live chat to speak with a human directly. I'm so disappointed I myself for not doing more research but personally, this company has been completely unprofessional and a real disaster. Proceed with caution or better yet, save yourself the headache, and take a pass on these guys!!!

Another great experience I am beyond happy with my website and with voolt in general. I sent in a request to make changes on my dns and I got a response within 24 hrs. My rep Maynara was prompt and on top of my request and within a day completed my request. The tech team a voolt is awesome.

Can't get much quicker than this to get… Can't get much quicker than this to get a functional website. Needs more options for website and domain control. Not really much of a control panel.
