GBI am a new customer I am a new customer. My husband and I are life coaches and we own a marketing agency. When we first moved our site over to Voolt we had some minor issues such as lag time with propagation and the need to update mx records to keep our company email functioning. Our interactions with the support team have been timely and professional. We are very happy with the tone of the emails and chats we have received. We like the website. It is truly what we need for now. We are considering moving more sites to Voolt. Special mention of employee Maynara. We had multiple interactions with her. Made us feel at ease. Also she is. Very knowledgeable and really knows her stuff. Another rep named Gustavo, also very professional. I think we found our hosting home.

DOThe service so far has been good and… The service so far has been good and responsive. The interface to manage leads is comfortable and the AI generator of websites is quite good. It's a bit expensive to start, but they are starting, with time and after getting more customer maybe they can offer more competitive price. And understand for some people $9 a month isn't much if the leads produce money.

CACan't get much quicker than this to get… Can't get much quicker than this to get a functional website. Needs more options for website and domain control. Not really much of a control panel.

GBIf I could leave zero stars I would If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT waste your time and money with this company. Their customer service is basically none existent. They take DAYS to respond to a service ticket request. My first problem was my edits were not being saved or uploaded/published. When they finally responded to my original request to fix the issue, it took almost 2 weeks for them to respond. The email I received said the issue was resolved, but when I went to update edits, the site still wouldn't update. Due to the response time and the fact that the ussue wasn't resolved, I was done with them. I went to another host provider and created another site with way more editing and customization control. However, I need Voolt to grant me access to the DNS server so I can transfer to my new provider. It took them 3 days to respond to my initial request and when they did respond, I was told the issue would be escalated to another team and they would be sending the access. We'll, it's been a week and I still haven't heard back. I have sent additional emails and no response!!!! There is no phone or live chat to speak with a human directly. I'm so disappointed I myself for not doing more research but personally, this company has been completely unprofessional and a real disaster. Proceed with caution or better yet, save yourself the headache, and take a pass on these guys!!!
