GBI am a new customer I am a new customer. My husband and I are life coaches and we own a marketing agency. When we first moved our site over to Voolt we had some minor issues such as lag time with propagation and the need to update mx records to keep our company email functioning. Our interactions with the support team have been timely and professional. We are very happy with the tone of the emails and chats we have received. We like the website. It is truly what we need for now. We are considering moving more sites to Voolt. Special mention of employee Maynara. We had multiple interactions with her. Made us feel at ease. Also she is. Very knowledgeable and really knows her stuff. Another rep named Gustavo, also very professional. I think we found our hosting home.

GBTrust nobody that has no phone number… Trust nobody that has no phone number to call. That means they do not want to help you once you get the service or they have a small staff. Making it like they have a big staff If you make a website to their liking then you should have a phone number for any questions instead of online
