A one of a kind clean, but not a replacement tool Let me say first and foremost the Proclaim clean is pretty much unlike anything you’ve ever experienced, so in that sense it’s sensation is difficult to explain. I’ve had it just over a week now. I’ll share what I’ve learned: 1) It will NOT replace any part of your oral hygiene regimen, it will simply improve upon it. 2) That goes for flossing as well; while proclaim will go a long way in assisting flossing, it mostly serves as powerwash/floss after traditional flossing. 3) It is probably the quickest route to that fresh mouth feeling available, when compared directly with flossing, brushing, or even mouth wash. 4) I find it most effective to floss traditionally, use the Proclaim, brush, then use mouth wash for my routine. Things to watch out for/common mistakes: •That custom mouth-piece is the crux of the system. It will not work with out a perfect 3D printed mold custom tailored to your personal bite. Be CAREFUL with it; it’s quite easy to drop. •It is QUITE unpleasant with anything but warm/hot water. I wouldn’t recommend running it without mouth temperature water. Things that could be improved: • The mouthpiece case; there is none and it’s a bit mind boggling that they dont have or include one. • My hot water takes 2-3 min to reach my bathroom every morning. Including a heating element for overnight temperature preparation would go a long way. • This device is not for anyone with future dental work like crowns on the schedule, a new mold would need to be cast everytime. I purchased this as a stop gap between completeing crowns I couldn’t afford at the moment as a compromise between maintaining dental health and price. When I do replace crowns, I’ll have to re-evaluate it’s effectiveness over 6-9 mos with my dentist.

Review of Purchase, Customer Service, and Delivery This review is solely on Purchase, Customer Service and Delivery. I am going to wait 30 days of use to then do a review on the actual product. All I can say is that the professionalism which I received from this company was immeasurable. From Pricing, getting to my dentist and any questions that i sent emails to... was immediately responded and answered. I only gave this review a 4 since on delivery the Reservoir was not in the box and had to be shipped to me at a later date. Other than that I am very pleased with the service which I have gotten so far and I can't wait to do more business with Proclaim.

One week in and it feels great! It took a while to get it but that's not uncommon with start ups. Customer service was excellent - very responsive. Item arrived as promised and so far we love it. A week in, it's incredibly easy to use and SO much faster than flossing. My mouth does feel fresher afterwards even more so than after just brushing and I'm not even using the infusion. Look forward to our dental visit to see the results...
