BUYER BEWARE.. BUYER BEWARE... I got my order on 04/06/2024 and could not fit the item contacted their customer service is horrible with responses. I finally got a hold of someone to obtain their return address. I sent them 2 and I got refunded for 1 item. I am reporting them to BBB and the Federal trade commission they are just wrong all the way around

Excellent customer service I placed 2 different orders and received both items as promised on time. However after trying them on, I discovered they were too big. I reached out via social media to ask to exchange for a smaller size and received a response within 24 hours period The exchange process was extremely simple, and hassle-free. Customer service was very kind and able to get me the sizes I needed and now I'm looking snatched and the booty is looking better than ever!

My Go-To Company for ShapeWear The products are amazing. My go-to company for shape wear. I have 3 different bodices each one snatches me perfectly and with every wear it becomes more comfortable. With my recent purchase, I had a very great customer service experience. I had a slow moment and did not add the suite number to my package, so it could not be delivered and was returned to the warehouse. I reached out to customer service and they were able to fix it and within days my purchase was resent to me. I was truly grateful for the professionalism and quick response to addressing my problem.

Received my order quickly Received my order quickly. While I ordered the incorrect size, company has been extremely helpful with getting me into the correct size. Size charts are accurate (for Swimsuits, which I ordered). The Swimsuits themselves are gorgeous, excellent high quality. Colors are exactly as on the screen. I ordered Smart Sculpt U-Ring Cut Out Shaping Swimsuit and it is not joke, it is here to shape you and make you feel beautiful. Size to order XL (Bust 41, Waist 32, Hip 44)

The products were nice quality but you can't return The products were nice quality. The only product that I didn't think was good quality was a bodysuit that had butt pads. They had a bra that looked very tight at the bottom where the strap is. I didn't even try it on and wanted to return it and was told that they do not accept returns on bras, which is ridiculous!
