unhappy customer Several things went wrong. First, I was trying to order something and kept receiving an error message. I tried several times and then finally said never mind and stopped only to find the next day that all three attempts went through later and then I was trying to find out how to cancel the orders as i only wanted one but could not find out how to cancel. not very user-friendly. I sent an email and still no info on how to cancel. I ended up receiving three girdles and not the ones I wanted with the opening to use the ladies' room. I cannot wear them. Also, they are not very compressing and fit baggy. Just an overall bad experience for the money spent. A big waste. Won't be recommending it.

I Absolutely love Shapellx I Absolutely love Shapellx! This is the only shapewear that actually works for me. When I wear Shapellx Airslim Post Surgical full body shapewear it looks like I am about two sizes smaller! I highly recommend this shapewear.

The products were nice quality but you can't return The products were nice quality. The only product that I didn't think was good quality was a bodysuit that had butt pads. They had a bra that looked very tight at the bottom where the strap is. I didn't even try it on and wanted to return it and was told that they do not accept returns on bras, which is ridiculous!

Items Run a Little Small Ordered two items in size XL. I typically wear a 14 in bottoms. I will be honest, that XL snatched me to the heavens! Once the item was on I was very comfortable. However I will be exchanging for a size up because the material has no give and getting in and out was a bit of a struggle. I’m hoping the size up will continue to shape but give flexibility if I’m in a hurry to take off. Overall I love the product even though it runs a little small.

Great quality and great customer service I purchased several items from Shapellx and the order was shipped accurately and on time. The quality of the items were very good and the compression strength was just as noted in the description. I decided to exchange one item and the customer service handled that issue promptly. I would purchase from Shapellx again.
