Size charts are accurate (for Swimsuits, which I ordered). The Swimsuits themselves are gorgeous, excellent high quality. Colors are exactly as on the screen. The company has been responsive via… The company has been responsive via email within 24-48 hrs and offering feasible options for returns or exchanges. I've ordered quite a few items and working with Shapelix has been an okay experience. An opportunity for improvement would be a quicker reply to return requests and questions. I can do better as well with replies to emails.

Wonderful customer service I purchased something that did not fit, and I was able to re-purchase something that I did want to actually get that fit perfectly in the mist of that as a result of me reviewing the product the fee for the second purchase was waived. I greatly appreciate it and I’m very happy.

I love the way shapellx feels on my body! I was sooooo excited about my Airslim firm tummy compression body suit, it came in the mail within a week. Not for short women! I ordered the jumpsuit which didn't fit because it's made for average height women...but it took 3Emails to get the info to return my order not satisfied at all with everything.
