Excellent customer service I placed 2 different orders and received both items as promised on time. However after trying them on, I discovered they were too big. I reached out via social media to ask to exchange for a smaller size and received a response within 24 hours period The exchange process was extremely simple, and hassle-free. Customer service was very kind and able to get me the sizes I needed and now I'm looking snatched and the booty is looking better than ever!

I've ordered quite a few items and working with Shapelix has been an okay experience. An opportunity for improvement would be a quicker reply to return requests and questions. I can do better as well with replies to emails.

Items Run a Little Small Ordered two items in size XL. I typically wear a 14 in bottoms. I will be honest, that XL snatched me to the heavens! Once the item was on I was very comfortable. However I will be exchanging for a size up because the material has no give and getting in and out was a bit of a struggle. I’m hoping the size up will continue to shape but give flexibility if I’m in a hurry to take off. Overall I love the product even though it runs a little small.

The products were nice quality but you can't return The products were nice quality. The only product that I didn't think was good quality was a bodysuit that had butt pads. They had a bra that looked very tight at the bottom where the strap is. I didn't even try it on and wanted to return it and was told that they do not accept returns on bras, which is ridiculous!
