It is important to provide your feedback with progress photos in order for the doctor to know if your dosage is working well for you. Musely's customer service is very diligent with their response to any concerns you may have, and as a current patient under Musely for both Melasma and Hair loss issue, that is greatly appreciated. So, basically I give Musely all the stars.

GBNo more dark spots My face was getting more and more dark spots. I was reluctant to order Musely, but cleared it with my local dermatologist. After using Musely spot cream, my dark spots got less and less noticeable. I continue to use it as maintenance. I recommended it to few of my friends as well who were pleased with their results. GBThe spot cream is working wonders on… The spot cream is working wonders on my face. I tried so many different facial treatments and nothing worked on my melasma. I went to different dermatologist and none was able to help me. I started using musely for three months and im really satisfied. My melasma has cleared up. GBRun from this company Run from this company. They will do nothing to help you get a refund if you have a reaction or are not satisfied with the product. They will only give you a runaround. After weeks using this, my skin has never looked of felt worse... deepened wrinkles, itchy. In seeking a refund they responded that I must contact their dermatologist but then went on to state that the dermatologist has nothing to do with refunds. "Please keep in mind that your dermatologist will NOT answer any questions in regards to a refund as they only manage medical questions and your prescription" In other words, even if you've had a reaction and consulted with your own physician, that's not enough to get a refund and they have stringent rules to their "60-Day Results Guarantee." They will make getting a refund as difficult as possible.

GBThe ONLY product that has worked I have been dealing with melasma and hyperpigmentation for years. One spot in particular was my main problem and caused me to be quite self conscious. I have tried the basics. Olay, neutrogena, basic OTC hyperpigmentation creams. I even tried obagi. Nothing worked. I think I came across Musely on Facebook a few years ago and read the reviews. I was very skeptical, but decided why not and bought the spot cream. My hyperpigmentation spot is almost non existent at this point. It is not 100% gone and not sure it ever will be, but it’s hardly noticeable. I don’t have to layer on makeup to try and hide my melasma anymore. All I wear now is a tinted moisturizer. It’s amazing!!! I tell everyone about it.
