After weeks using this, my skin has never looked of felt worse... deepened wrinkles, itchy. In seeking a refund they responded that I must contact their dermatologist but then went on to state that the dermatologist has nothing to do with refunds. "Please keep in mind that your dermatologist will NOT answer any questions in regards to a refund as they only manage medical questions and your prescription" In other words, even if you've had a reaction and consulted with your own physician, that's not enough to get a refund and they have stringent rules to their "60-Day Results Guarantee." They will make getting a refund as difficult as possible.

Hair Pills Work! I’ve been using the hair growth pills for about 7 weeks and can see a difference in the amount of new baby hairs I’ve got on my temples. The bottle says to take before bed for best effect but it does make me need to pee during the night because one of the main ingredients, spironolactone, is a diuretic.

Good peel! The spot peel works as promised. I however wished they had paired it with a cooling product to apply afterwards to prevent redness and or inflammation. Nonetheless, I’m satisfied with the peel.
