Life changing experience For years, I have had this black spots on my face which got ruied by wrong medical procedures to remove smaller sun spots. after few pregnancy, it got bigger and it never went away with anything. Run from this company Run from this company. They will do nothing to help you get a refund if you have a reaction or are not satisfied with the product. They will only give you a runaround. After weeks using this, my skin has never looked of felt worse... deepened wrinkles, itchy. In seeking a refund they responded that I must contact their dermatologist but then went on to state that the dermatologist has nothing to do with refunds. "Please keep in mind that your dermatologist will NOT answer any questions in regards to a refund as they only manage medical questions and your prescription" In other words, even if you've had a reaction and consulted with your own physician, that's not enough to get a refund and they have stringent rules to their "60-Day Results Guarantee." They will make getting a refund as difficult as possible.

The ONLY product that has worked I have been dealing with melasma and hyperpigmentation for years. One spot in particular was my main problem and caused me to be quite self conscious. I have tried the basics. Olay, neutrogena, basic OTC hyperpigmentation creams. I even tried obagi. Nothing worked. I think I came across Musely on Facebook a few years ago and read the reviews. I received the anti aging cream I received the anti aging cream. it was horrible. i pumped out oil. the product is all separated and every pump is a different consistency. the bottle is TINY and ineffective. I also got an auto shipment of another and tried to return it as the shipping was never even opened and they refused. I was never sent any notifications of another $70 garbage cream. There's no phone communication - horrible customer service and product.
