The ONLY product that has worked I have been dealing with melasma and hyperpigmentation for years. One spot in particular was my main problem and caused me to be quite self conscious. I have tried the basics. Olay, neutrogena, basic OTC hyperpigmentation creams. I even tried obagi. Nothing worked. I think I came across Musely on Facebook a few years ago and read the reviews. I was very skeptical, but decided why not and bought the spot cream. My hyperpigmentation spot is almost non existent at this point. It is not 100% gone and not sure it ever will be, but it’s hardly noticeable. I don’t have to layer on makeup to try and hide my melasma anymore. All I wear now is a tinted moisturizer. It’s amazing!!! I tell everyone about it.

Spot cream was poorly mixed by their… Spot cream was poorly mixed by their compound pharmacy. Squeezed out a significant amount of water not cream. Due to wasted ingredients I contacted their customer support and both times my request for product replacement were dismissed. Their response was to use product and see what happens.

Musely seems shady I can't even rate the product because I haven't received it, yet, but I will say that this company is shady. They have you enter medical history and photos, and then charge you $20 for a dermatologist to review your purchased item and provide a prescription. This is all fine. But if that doctor recommends another product from Musely, you are then charged for ANOTHER doctor visit on that purchase... only to have the same doctor review another medical history and photos that are less than 24 hours apart. If a doctor recommends something, then you shouldn't be charged again to send photos and medical history since the doctor obviously reviewed those the first time before making the recommendation.

Run from this company Run from this company. They will do nothing to help you get a refund if you have a reaction or are not satisfied with the product. They will only give you a runaround. After weeks using this, my skin has never looked of felt worse... deepened wrinkles, itchy. In seeking a refund they responded that I must contact their dermatologist but then went on to state that the dermatologist has nothing to do with refunds. "Please keep in mind that your dermatologist will NOT answer any questions in regards to a refund as they only manage medical questions and your prescription" In other words, even if you've had a reaction and consulted with your own physician, that's not enough to get a refund and they have stringent rules to their "60-Day Results Guarantee." They will make getting a refund as difficult as possible.
