I received the anti aging cream I received the anti aging cream. it was horrible. i pumped out oil. the product is all separated and every pump is a different consistency. the bottle is TINY and ineffective. I also got an auto shipment of another and tried to return it as the shipping was never even opened and they refused. I was never sent any notifications of another $70 garbage cream. There's no phone communication - horrible customer service and product.

So Far, So Good I discovered Musely on IG. I was skeptical and curious so I placed an order. I never received an order confirmation and I became worried about scammed. Turns out the very next day, I was going to email a complaint, I just happened to check my mailbox, and my order was already in my mailbox (hooray). To make a short story short, I’ve been using the Rx spot cream for about a week now and my skin appears to be brighter and a much smoother texture already. I am excited and I can’t wait for my melasma to start clearing up. I’ll make another update in a few weeks. (AA female, age 52) Thank you!

Musely seems shady I can't even rate the product because I haven't received it, yet, but I will say that this company is shady. They have you enter medical history and photos, and then charge you $20 for a dermatologist to review your purchased item and provide a prescription. This is all fine. But if that doctor recommends another product from Musely, you are then charged for ANOTHER doctor visit on that purchase... only to have the same doctor review another medical history and photos that are less than 24 hours apart. If a doctor recommends something, then you shouldn't be charged again to send photos and medical history since the doctor obviously reviewed those the first time before making the recommendation.
