Life changing experience For years, I have had this black spots on my face which got ruied by wrong medical procedures to remove smaller sun spots. after few pregnancy, it got bigger and it never went away with anything. In seeking a refund they responded that I must contact their dermatologist but then went on to state that the dermatologist has nothing to do with refunds. "Please keep in mind that your dermatologist will NOT answer any questions in regards to a refund as they only manage medical questions and your prescription" In other words, even if you've had a reaction and consulted with your own physician, that's not enough to get a refund and they have stringent rules to their "60-Day Results Guarantee." They will make getting a refund as difficult as possible.
