Run from this company Run from this company. They will do nothing to help you get a refund if you have a reaction or are not satisfied with the product. They will only give you a runaround. After weeks using this, my skin has never looked of felt worse... deepened wrinkles, itchy. In seeking a refund they responded that I must contact their dermatologist but then went on to state that the dermatologist has nothing to do with refunds. "Please keep in mind that your dermatologist will NOT answer any questions in regards to a refund as they only manage medical questions and your prescription" In other words, even if you've had a reaction and consulted with your own physician, that's not enough to get a refund and they have stringent rules to their "60-Day Results Guarantee." They will make getting a refund as difficult as possible.

So Far, So Good I discovered Musely on IG. I was skeptical and curious so I placed an order. I never received an order confirmation and I became worried about scammed. Turns out the very next day, I was going to email a complaint, I just happened to check my mailbox, and my order was already in my mailbox (hooray). Melasma The first 2 months didn’t make much difference, I started to see a result at day 75, some part of my melasma mustache are already gone. I can see it very clearly because the shape of dark patch has changed. IT WORKS !! Don’t give up and be patience!!

Good peel! The spot peel works as promised. I however wished they had paired it with a cooling product to apply afterwards to prevent redness and or inflammation. Nonetheless, I’m satisfied with the peel.
