Most impressive was always the service I received, friendly efficient and helpful. I regret I have had to cancel the service because China is now threatening to close down all VPN by February. If this is not going to happen you will see me back. Thank you again for all you did for me.

Past its Prime I live outside the US - and for a long time, GoTrusted got me into all the US sites. But over the past year, the fact that I was using a proxy was detected by every site I wanted to visit. GoTrusted became useless for what I wanted to use it for. The service was always great. The support was always fast and efficient. My only issue is that I cannot access US sites anymore using the GoTrusted service.

good but yet to be great.... I'm using GoTrusted VPN mainly in China in order to get access to blocked facebook / google services. The connections overall were good but very often it dropped me out. I know it's unfair to blame all this on GoTrusted - it might be caused by my ISP etc. Another frustrating issue is with the cancellation process - submit the request via your web pages is unreliable at all - due to the unstable VPN connectivity stated above. I finally made the requestt through when I travelled to another country (i.e., not using your VPN), but it's been 6 months already since I initiated my cancellation in Augest. That is why I gave a 3 stars rating.

Doesn't provide services as advertised. Site states you can watch your streaming programs on sites such as Netflix and Hulu. I couldn't access these or others. When I contacted gotrusted about the problem all they really had to say about it was that most all vpn providers were experiencing the same issue because of vpn blockers. I was able to find one that works in minutes. I figure that you shouldn't advertise a service you cannot provide.

I was sceptical at first joining but… I was sceptical at first joining but after several years of great service I am a fan of Go Trusted . Now that I have left China as an expat after 9 years I do not need VPN. Highly recommend GoTrusted for those who want to have VPN. Great service and efficient!! Michael Horsburgh
