OMHighly recommended GoTrusted is a reliable service. I have been using it for years and I have never had to contact customer service for any reason. Very easy to set up in all devices. Stable connection at all times. Clear instructions in the website, after signing in. Highly recommended.

GBAwesomest ever! I use GoTrusted when I travel, since the "hot spots" are not even slightly secure. I also use it for things such as Skype. Recently I had an issue which was essentially my own fault, but was resolved quickly. I forgot to load an account I use to pay for the service and didn't re-load it in time. I wrote a note to GoTrusted, got an immediate reply, and instructions on how to re-set everything. Total down time was less than 24 hours (due to me being busy). I am thrilled with this service and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for more security. Thank you!!

GBThese guys on support were great These guys on support were great. They had lots of patience since I don't know too much about computers. THey helped me connect with wire gard and had no complaints. Also helped me get my phone connected so it was always secure.

CNExcellent customer service, few disruptions While I have had a very good experience with gotrusted, their software seemed to not be keeping up with issues from within China. At times it was perfect, and at other times it was very hard to keep a connection live for more than a few minutes. Whenever I had issues however, the service and support staff were amazing, and not just reading from some stupid manual. They listened to the issues and gave advice accordingly, rather than ask idiotic questions like "are you sure your windows is updated". Well worth it.

GBWorks fine in the US Works fine in the US, really no problem. In China I believe that they sometimes regularly interrupt hotel wifi connections in order to "throw off" users of vpns. I haven't yet tried other vpns, so I don't know if they will survive this, but GT didn't. Also since I have been considering switching, I notice that a number of alternatives offer advantages such as explicit no-log policies, and (most important when traveling), a kill switch to prevent data leaking when interruptions do occur. I don't see those listed on GT's website as features. So GT has worked fine for me in normal domestic usage, but once we start traveling again I'm going to try some alternatives.
