China is a Big Challenge. I had trouble to connect my iPhone using GoTrusted VPN when I was in China. The technical staff was very helpful to answer my concerns. She provided me with four different servers in addition to what the website suggested values. However, I could only get connections sometimes not all the time. Apparently, China presented challenges to GoTrusted. I cancelled my service after two months.

Doesn't provide services as advertised. Site states you can watch your streaming programs on sites such as Netflix and Hulu. I couldn't access these or others. When I contacted gotrusted about the problem all they really had to say about it was that most all vpn providers were experiencing the same issue because of vpn blockers. I was able to find one that works in minutes. I figure that you shouldn't advertise a service you cannot provide.

Excellent customer service, few disruptions While I have had a very good experience with gotrusted, their software seemed to not be keeping up with issues from within China. At times it was perfect, and at other times it was very hard to keep a connection live for more than a few minutes. Whenever I had issues however, the service and support staff were amazing, and not just reading from some stupid manual. They listened to the issues and gave advice accordingly, rather than ask idiotic questions like "are you sure your windows is updated". Well worth it.

service was always excellent service was always excellent, and tech support was always timely. I have used this VPN for years, but lately privacy has become a high priority for me. the only issue I have with this service is all my activities are logged, this is clearly stated in their TOA, but like I said recently I have become more concerned with my online privacy so thats what prompted the need to change. if not for that I would still be a customer!
