Subsplash took a couple of novice… Subsplash took a couple of novice webmasters and walked with them through the process of setting up a website, inserting content, and learning how to keep the site fresh. plus walked us through the process of getting the app ready for the app stores. Any time we have had a question or concern, they were there to walk with us through the issue to a resolution.

Overall good experience Overall good experience. Like the fact that there are constant improvements to the app. Would like to the the same type of cutting edge innovations on the Snappages side. Sometimes it is hard to get in touch with support. Having to make an appointment to call is sometimes inconvenient if the matter is pressing.

Don’t recommend Don’t recommend. I’ve been with this company for over ten years, before when they were snappages. Customer service used to be great, if you needed something done it got done asap. Now it’s pretty much non existent. All you get is I’ll forward your response onto this department or that department. There’s absolutely no follow up. I’ve been waiting for a month to an issue I’ve been having and still nothing. So we’ve decided to go with a different company for our website needs. Anyone who uses this company, good luck to you.

Total thumbs up! Subsplash staff is always helpful and friendly! I do miss being able to talk with the staff, but I understand the emailing responses. Each time I have ever had an issue or question, The staff was usually quick to respond and offer a solution or a couple of solutions. I have never had an issue that did not get resolved or a suggestion to change situation. One of the biggest assets, to us, is having our year end giving statements taken care of and sent to me. I would recommend Subsplash.

Subsplash is an amazing app Subsplash is an amazing app. The customer service team is amazing as well as the onboarding and success team. The app looks CLEAN and the ability to embed your content onto your website is what I love. I still wish there was a little more customizability to make things look exactly the way you want but since it's an app builder it makes sense that you can only use what they provide you with - which is a lot. We've loved our experience with subpslash and they're always making things better!
