USSubsplash took a couple of novice… Subsplash took a couple of novice webmasters and walked with them through the process of setting up a website, inserting content, and learning how to keep the site fresh. plus walked us through the process of getting the app ready for the app stores. Any time we have had a question or concern, they were there to walk with us through the issue to a resolution.

USSubsplash great for apps, donations, & streaming We use Subsplash for our Church app, online donations and streaming. We have been very happy with the services provided. Customer service has been excellent. There are so many options for the info on the app, and it has made our livestream easily accessible. Website integration is seamless and looks great. It has increased our donations, and it is the best streaming service we've used. Highly recommend!

Subsplash is a great platform that has enabled our church to do so much through online and mobile technology. 4 stars because I'd love to see some of the glitches in SnapPages fixed, customizable forms in purchases, and rich text formatting in the app.

USOne of the modules in your latest… One of the modules in your latest update of your software--the Bible Reading Plan--is full of bugs, is practically unusable. PLS RESTORE PREVIOUS VERSION. I found this in the PTV.ORG and LAMB LION Ministry APPS.

USExceptional Products The products that Subsplash offers are exceptional! We have been pleased with our online giving platform, as well as the communication tools offered through the app. As an organization they are responsive to correcting issues and providing enhancements as requested by customers. With that being said, if you ever need to talk to some one URGENTLY, it's not going to happen. The business model they use for interacting with customers is ONE SIDED. It does not, and is not based on customer need, but rather THEIR CONVENIENCE. When you finally make contact with someone they are usually eager to help. They are not good at managing the time difference between their west coast office and other time zones.
