I LOVE Subsplash I LOVE Subsplash! With almost anything, there's room for improvement in some areas I would like to see. For example further incorporation of fill-in notes with accounts/ blank notes, or tying notes to to media series so artwork can automatically be included and notes sorted, and a few other things that appeared to be began, but have not been full realized. That said, the support team is awesome, and I do like that SubSplash appears to always be looking for ways to improve the products they offer. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Subsplash is a great platform that has taken our church to the next level. Subsplash is a great platform that has enabled our church to do so much through online and mobile technology. 4 stars because I'd love to see some of the glitches in SnapPages fixed, customizable forms in purchases, and rich text formatting in the app.

Exceptional Products The products that Subsplash offers are exceptional! We have been pleased with our online giving platform, as well as the communication tools offered through the app. As an organization they are responsive to correcting issues and providing enhancements as requested by customers. With that being said, if you ever need to talk to some one URGENTLY, it's not going to happen. The business model they use for interacting with customers is ONE SIDED. It does not, and is not based on customer need, but rather THEIR CONVENIENCE. When you finally make contact with someone they are usually eager to help. They are not good at managing the time difference between their west coast office and other time zones.

Total thumbs up! Subsplash staff is always helpful and friendly! I do miss being able to talk with the staff, but I understand the emailing responses. Each time I have ever had an issue or question, The staff was usually quick to respond and offer a solution or a couple of solutions. I have never had an issue that did not get resolved or a suggestion to change situation. One of the biggest assets, to us, is having our year end giving statements taken care of and sent to me. I would recommend Subsplash.

Dive In With Subsplash Subsplash has taken our ministry to whole different level. Since partnering with Subsplash we are now becoming who we say we are; “world outreach center “. With the app and modern design website; we are touching and changing lives of people we never met before in different states and countries with quality and excellence service. With the Giving Tab, it increased our tithes and offerings. I love our new look with Subsplash. I say, dive in and get with the splash: Subsplash!
