The must have all in one ministry tool! Fantastic Ministry Tool! Mobile App, Website, Streaming and Giving platform all in One. Subsplash has become the connective center of our entire church body. In the age where online service is no longer a question but a requirement, there is a big difference in being a church online or being the online church. At Central Triad Church, Subsplash has made the difference for us.

Good product, support needs improvement I love the fact it groups it all under one platform. I dont like the lack of technical help for pastors or churches that are not loaded with staff or tech saavy personnel, or in my case...someone who is somewhat tech saavy, but is a bi-vocational pastor simply with no time. Support is hard to reach and it often seems like I'm a bother when trying to engage support. Good tools, service could be better.

Followed up by clear, consistent communication about new features and upgrades and tremendous customer we don’t have to think long about our partnership.

Subsplash give a super consistent Subsplash give a super consistent, clean experience. Their support is top-notch and extremely quick to respond to questions and fix outages. The only reason I would only give four stars is that I feel like the platform will sometimes roll out new features that tend to lead to lots of "outage reports", so I prefer to give them several months before trusting those products (e.g., live stream function). The fact that Subsplash has web and app design functionality is a huge win for us!

Total thumbs up! Subsplash staff is always helpful and friendly! I do miss being able to talk with the staff, but I understand the emailing responses. Each time I have ever had an issue or question, The staff was usually quick to respond and offer a solution or a couple of solutions. I have never had an issue that did not get resolved or a suggestion to change situation. One of the biggest assets, to us, is having our year end giving statements taken care of and sent to me. I would recommend Subsplash.
