MARUN AWAY RUN, WALK AWAY, CRAAWL.... BUT DONT USE THIS APP, THE WORST EVER, THEY JUST KEEP BILLING YOU EVEN THO UR ACCESS TO UR ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, BEEN WEEKS NOW WAITING FOR THEIR REPLY. ZENDESK IS 10000 TIMES BETTER.

GBOK for small companies Easy platform to use, but very limited in features and functionality. If you base your analytics on tags, then it is okay. They are pretty much a solution for small start up companies, but you will find out quickly that an upgrade will be needed. Customer Service is almost non-existent, had to wait nearly 4 weeks just to talk to someone about upgrades and features.

CAI am a professional I.T I am a professional I.T. guy, my client is working with the Gorgias. We had a small issue when I changed the MX Records of the mail server as we upgraded mailboxes from POP to Exchange. I opened a ticket with Gorgias support and their support tech was awesome and easy to work with. In that sense, for their support, I have to put 5 stars.
