GBOK for small companies Easy platform to use, but very limited in features and functionality. If you base your analytics on tags, then it is okay. They are pretty much a solution for small start up companies, but you will find out quickly that an upgrade will be needed. Customer Service is almost non-existent, had to wait nearly 4 weeks just to talk to someone about upgrades and features.

GBI appreciate how we are kept informed… I appreciate how we are kept informed of technical bugs or outages. Gorgias staff is very sharing in answering questions and informative about their roadmap in their frequent Town Hall videos. I'm still learning new ways to use such a powerful tool. For example, I know that the Help Center will be great for my customers, but I have not yet set it up. Just hoping they don't increase the price.

I contacted Gorgias to ask them for some help, a former member of our team was meant to cancel the highly expensive 5k plus package we are on as it is not needed and we are too small to find benefit in the software. It appears a mistake was made because the cancelation did not go through. I asked if they'd be kind enough cancel the contract or at least the remaining months as it was our mistake and instead of helping a customer who has spent over 10k they hid behind their terms and conditions and refused to help. We are a small business and a small error has proved really costly! we really expected better support. Do yourself a favour and pick another business that puts their customers first.
