GBThey have been sending constant emails… They have been sending constant emails for 6 months asking us to sign up and slating our current system. Despite many emails back asking them to stop email, they continue. I hope your software works better than your marketing team. 😂 Their actual software we demo'd alongside others and it was not great. For cost savings reamaze was better, and for a better platform try richpanel. (Which is also much cheaper).

Fortunately, before their departure, I started consolidating their expertise into Gorgias Help Centers and Macros. For me and my business, Gorgias has been a game-changer. AUEasy to use - better than Zendesk Gorgias is a very easy tool to use and set up. Your customers will receive a much cleaner looking email than other helpdesk tools (that send emails containing loads of ugly and confusing code). My team found the transition from Zendesk to be very easy. I feel very supported by the knowledgeable support team at Gorgias who always respond with prompt, detailed advice. The tool is robust, we haven't experienced any major outages or issues. Connecting new channels has been extremely easy and stress-free since we implemented 12 months ago.

GBOK for small companies Easy platform to use, but very limited in features and functionality. If you base your analytics on tags, then it is okay. They are pretty much a solution for small start up companies, but you will find out quickly that an upgrade will be needed. Customer Service is almost non-existent, had to wait nearly 4 weeks just to talk to someone about upgrades and features.

GBThe GREEDIEST company out there The GREEDIEST company out there! avoid at all costs! I contacted Gorgias to ask them for some help, a former member of our team was meant to cancel the highly expensive 5k plus package we are on as it is not needed and we are too small to find benefit in the software. It appears a mistake was made because the cancelation did not go through. I asked if they'd be kind enough cancel the contract or at least the remaining months as it was our mistake and instead of helping a customer who has spent over 10k they hid behind their terms and conditions and refused to help. We are a small business and a small error has proved really costly! we really expected better support. Do yourself a favour and pick another business that puts their customers first.
