You have to try this! I was skeptical at first but also desperate for a good night's sleep so I tried the Groundingwell sheet. I also got a multimeter from Amazon to test the efficacy and ended up purchasing an extra wire so I have 2 plugged in for my sheet. The voltmeter showed me over 300 without the sheet and I watched it drop when I laid my skin on the sheet-amazing! Best thing is I only wake once now to use the bathroom and fall straight back to sleep, instead of 5-6 times a night from hand numbness and pain. I'm now sleeping pain free and cozy but have to say I need the mat for daytime because the pain returns when I'm not grounded. I highly recommend trying this product, truly remarkable.

Defective product Didn't realize this was from China. Used it for a few days anyway and didn't notice any difference like the reviews claim. Thought I should move it to a different outlet and the plug wouldn't come out. It ended up breaking and now I have to also replace the outlet as the plug is stuck. Asked customer service for a refund and they said no. You should spend more money on an actual grounding sheet not this one.

Horrible customer service and they give you the run around at returning items got not working I purchased the sheet and a mat. The mat came but the plug doesn't work on my outlets. The sheet never got here. The courier lost it. I asked for a refund on both items and a shipping label to return the mat. I have been going back and forth with them since 4/5 for a refunds. They asked me to contact the courier to find out what happened to the sheet (this should be their job not mine and according to their policies that clearly they're not honoring, they should have given me a refund and sent me a label already so I can return the mat). And now I'm being told that I can't have a refund on the sheet that all they can offer me is a replacement. After I've repeatedly told them that the cable doesn't work on my outlets and sent them a video as if I have to prove myself. Customer service really sucks. Just know that if you need to return you'll have a hard time

I ordered the Grounding Mat and it… I ordered the Grounding Mat and it arrived without the necessary plug, so was useless! Reading so many negative reviews on here concerning their Customer Service I was doubtful as to what response my emails would bring, so sent 2 emails and posted my concerns on their Face Book page. To their credit I had an email response and a private message the very next morning, confirming they were dispatching the necessary plug to me. Recieved dispatch notification 24hrs later... Credit where credits due...my experience with GroundingWell's customer service is spot on. Would have been an even better experience if the plug had been included in the first place!
