I'm getting the run around I'm getting the run around. They even sent me picture delivering it to the wrong address. I've replied twice when asked if I'd like a reship, I've replied yes. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

Updated Review, pleased with service. Update: after a long conversation in instagram, grounding well offered to replace my grounding sheet at no charge. I’m super pleased with the outcome and have no more complaints. I love the product! My grounding well sheet worked until I washed it. I followed the washing directions perfectly. I contacted customer service and the interaction was so painful it took a month for them to send me something to “test my outlet”. My outlet of course worked. So the sheet stopped working. Only after this month of interaction did they tell me I could return it for a full refund thanks to their 90 day policy. Well the customer service took so long to do anything that my 90 day window and $90 was gone.

SCAM COMPANY I purchased the Groundingwell bundle and never received it. The shipping company purported a deliver with a photo attached of some guy holding a parcel. I believe it its a scam company. Do not waste your money. PayPal will not assist in recovering the funds. Stay away from groundingwell.

Horrible customer service and they give you the run around at returning items got not working I purchased the sheet and a mat. The mat came but the plug doesn't work on my outlets. The sheet never got here. The courier lost it. I asked for a refund on both items and a shipping label to return the mat. I have been going back and forth with them since 4/5 for a refunds. They asked me to contact the courier to find out what happened to the sheet (this should be their job not mine and according to their policies that clearly they're not honoring, they should have given me a refund and sent me a label already so I can return the mat). And now I'm being told that I can't have a refund on the sheet that all they can offer me is a replacement. After I've repeatedly told them that the cable doesn't work on my outlets and sent them a video as if I have to prove myself. Customer service really sucks. Just know that if you need to return you'll have a hard time

Total scam company This company is a scam. They do not respond to any emails with concerns. Do not purchase anything from them! Let me be your cautionary tale. EDIT* I have contacted this company multiple times with zero response. I have emailed three different accounts within the organisation. Nothing. EDIT** Finally, a response. As an aside, you say you try to respond to emails within 24 hours but when you sent an email to confirm delivery address, I responded to that with another request for cancellation. Instead of cancelling at that point however, you sent another email discussing the item being dispatched. Correspondence is useless if the issue is being ignored. I can confirm that the issue is now resolved but please note, the fact I needed to go this far to get an actual response from you is ridiculous.
