I used it for almost a year now with no change at all regarding neck stiffness, tension, soreness or flexibility. Also it is quite noisy so it is even hard to relax. I should have never bought it.

I wouldn't buy from them because they are scammers I wouldn't buy from them because their returns policy isn't worth the paper it is written on. There items do not work, and you don't get your full refund, which you only get 14 days to return. You have to pay for postage and packaging, which you don't get back. The instructions arrive in a different language. The company is a scam and customer service is unreliable

Where's my Packsge?? I received an email today indicating that my package was delivered to my front porch. . However......No package to be found at my address. I'm now concered.
