GBThe tightening nob just broke today This was my mistake, I had given this product a 2-star review because the tightening nob had broken (which has been the only flaw, the product has really helped with my neck pain), but I had forgotten that it has a 1-year warrantee--again, my mistake not theirs. I'm going to submit a request for a replacement.

GBI'M very much disappointed in the fact… I'M very much disappointed in the fact that I ordered one color and got a different one. With no notification of why. Also the quality of the item was extremely cheap and disappointing. I will never buy from them again. Nor will I alloy any family member buy from them.

GBCompany will not take reviews despite what website says Not only was the product disappointing but the company was as well. Be forewarned that despite what their website says they will NOT take returns so I would not recommend ordering from this company ever!

KRGreat service always responsive and spot on Responsive and spot on service. Always a step ahead of my expectations.. great. One negative point though, sometimes a bit too much service - same message is sent multiple times.
