I have called and called left voicemails tried doing the chat thing tried emailing few times and has yet had any luck. Do Not purchase If you read I have tried to email few times with no return emails. I've ordered (#33663) Hypertrax… I've ordered (#33663) Hypertrax Multi-Functional Traction Device in February 2023. I used it for almost a year now with no change at all regarding neck stiffness, tension, soreness or flexibility. Also it is quite noisy so it is even hard to relax. I should have never bought it.
