GBBoth my wife and I used the Halipax… Both my wife and I used the Halipax Hypertrax. It was not effective for cervical care, muscle stimulation or decompression. I purchased it from an ad on the internet. If I had tried it out before I made the purchase I would have not bought the device.

GBNo more stiff neck I was waking up with a stiff, sore neck almost every morning. I tried different pillows, flipped the mattress, stretching, but nothing really helped. The Halifax device made a positive difference! I used it daily for a week and eventually tapered off to once per week. I feel close to normal again!

GBThe product sucks and trying to get in… The product sucks and trying to get in touch with them to return sucks even more. I have called and called left voicemails tried doing the chat thing tried emailing few times and has yet had any luck. Do Not purchase If you read I have tried to email few times with no return emails. This is a lie I can screen shot every email with no response but whatever In fact im still waiting for a response so I can return this pos product.

GBLove my device Reading some of the unhappy customers prompted me to write this. The body is complex, particularly skeletal issues. The products may not help in all specific situations. Nothing will be a miracle cure or it would be all over the news. These products will ease muscle stiffness and spasm in the same way a good massage will. But there is a limit to any product like this. If you have severe skeletal issues, easing the muscles won't fix that. Ongoing use of some of the products will help relieve sone of the tension surrounding your issue. For me this tides me over in between physio appointments.. I'm not expecting a miracle cure. I've had my device for a year and it definitely helps my neck tension. Nice to see more products now including the beauty products. The under eye device might be my next purchase. As for returns etc... every company has a policy....
