I have called and called left voicemails tried doing the chat thing tried emailing few times and has yet had any luck. Do Not purchase If you read I have tried to email few times with no return emails. This is a lie I can screen shot every email with no response but whatever In fact im still waiting for a response so I can return this pos product.

GBI wouldn't buy from them because they are scammers I wouldn't buy from them because their returns policy isn't worth the paper it is written on. There items do not work, and you don't get your full refund, which you only get 14 days to return. You have to pay for postage and packaging, which you don't get back. The instructions arrive in a different language. The company is a scam and customer service is unreliable

GBNo more stiff neck I was waking up with a stiff, sore neck almost every morning. I tried different pillows, flipped the mattress, stretching, but nothing really helped. The Halifax device made a positive difference! I used it daily for a week and eventually tapered off to once per week. I feel close to normal again!

CAFast and efficient checkout once items… Fast and efficient checkout once items to order were determined. Unfortunately cannot add items to cart and then check out later once full research has been completed as only has a 10/15mins window, so it means multiple visits
