GBNo more stiff neck I was waking up with a stiff, sore neck almost every morning. I tried different pillows, flipped the mattress, stretching, but nothing really helped. The Halifax device made a positive difference! I used it daily for a week and eventually tapered off to once per week. I feel close to normal again!

GBLove my device Reading some of the unhappy customers prompted me to write this. The body is complex, particularly skeletal issues. The products may not help in all specific situations. Nothing will be a miracle cure or it would be all over the news. These products will ease muscle stiffness and spasm in the same way a good massage will. But there is a limit to any product like this. If you have severe skeletal issues, easing the muscles won't fix that. Ongoing use of some of the products will help relieve sone of the tension surrounding your issue. For me this tides me over in between physio appointments.. I'm not expecting a miracle cure. I've had my device for a year and it definitely helps my neck tension. Nice to see more products now including the beauty products. The under eye device might be my next purchase. As for returns etc... every company has a policy....

GBI wouldn't buy from them because they are scammers I wouldn't buy from them because their returns policy isn't worth the paper it is written on. There items do not work, and you don't get your full refund, which you only get 14 days to return. You have to pay for postage and packaging, which you don't get back. The instructions arrive in a different language. The company is a scam and customer service is unreliable

GBItem doesn't work as implied Item doesn't work as described. Requested refund. Silence. No response as of yet. But was asked to write review. UPDATE- I received the following message from Halipax: You are authorized to return your product for a refund only in a PRISTINE, LIKE BRAND NEW condition with proper packing, with no damages to the original box, no tapes or labels on the original box, and with no missing parts, Plastic protective wrapping, or any other components to the address below. Please be advised that all returns are subject to third-party inspection and a 25% restocking/disposal fee before the refund. (Condition Apply ). Halipax reserves the right to reject the refund if your returned item violates our policy. So, basically you CANNOT return it. The device ONLY heats/cools on the two plates in the front of your neck. No heat to the back of neck at all, only massage on cold stiff, muscles. Does not deliver on claims. In response to the rude, unprofessional company comment below: I did read the description and it is implied the back of the device provides heat. Even two of the pictures depict the ends of the massage knobs as red, same color as the heat plates in the picture......I looked again and I don’t see one way or the other, specifically that the back does or does not heat. Myself and my husband both were given the impression it provides heat based on the pictures, that is very poor advertisement, if not false. Then to top it off it can't be returned essentially based on your ridiculous rules. Thus 1 star review!

GBI had an ondinary experience with… I had an ondinary experience with halipax.com. The website was almost good but not great. Navigatig was omfortable and easy, finding products wasn't a problem. Prices were on the higher side but I wasn't expecting hight end items. There were plentty of options to choose from and the qulity of the items were better than I anticipated. It's a good place to shop if you're not looking for something too fancy. I wouldn't say it's spectacular but not bad either. I wouldn't hesutate to shop here again if the need aroises.
