GBI received my product very fast I received my product very fast. Five stars I’m still not sold on the product. I’ve only used it a few times. It just didn’t seem to have enough power to relieve the tension in my neck. I loved the heat element with the massage. Unsure 🫤?

GBThe product sucks and trying to get in… The product sucks and trying to get in touch with them to return sucks even more. I have called and called left voicemails tried doing the chat thing tried emailing few times and has yet had any luck. Do Not purchase If you read I have tried to email few times with no return emails. This is a lie I can screen shot every email with no response but whatever In fact im still waiting for a response so I can return this pos product.

GBExcellent delivery Excellent delivery - great device and looking forward to it helping me going forward I did use it but it gave me some neck pain - I suffer with that and head pain too -that’s why I bought it - but thinking I used it for too long rather than gradually building up the time using but I will start again with only perhaps 3 mi utes and build gradually

GBI wouldn't buy from them because they are scammers I wouldn't buy from them because their returns policy isn't worth the paper it is written on. There items do not work, and you don't get your full refund, which you only get 14 days to return. You have to pay for postage and packaging, which you don't get back. The instructions arrive in a different language. The company is a scam and customer service is unreliable
