Never received my order! Might as well be a scam. I never received my item. I ordered in Feb 2024, it’s now April 2024 & still nothing, not even an update. I tried to reach out by email for help & also tried to receive a refund since I obviously not going to receive the product I paid for. I received no response. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Allie is the best part of my experience with Anese. Allie was very helpful in providing the information requested and went above and beyond to assure I'd receive the information to my email as requested. She was the first positive experience I have had with this company and helped to prevent further negative feedback.

They will take your money and not ship your order I ordered back in November 2023 for the Black Friday sale and still have not received my order. There has been no communication about the status for the four months since placing the order, and I have had to reach out myself numerous times for an update, waiting for days to hear finally hear back. With no refund policy (which I can't find stated on the website!) I will be trying to get my money back through my bank. Citing weather and supply chain issues but still taking new orders and running sales is not considerate of your customers in the slightest. I will be finding alternate products from a reputable company. I am disappointed and I won't be a returning customer after this terrible experience.

This site has become a scam I made my last order on February 1. On February 22, I noticed my order had not yet been fulfilled which was crazy. I emailed Anese on February 22 inquiring about my package, but they could not give me any specific explanation. Just that they're "working through some challenges in our fulfillment process" and that they don't know when they can expect to ship my order. I inquired again on March 9. No reply. I inquired again this morning, March 18. No reply. Now all of a sudden my password on their site gets reset, and my order history has been completely erased. My points have also been erased. Idk what's happened to this company, but I feel like I've been scammed. Just filed a dispute to get my money back.
