GBMy order is finally on its way! My order is finally on its way!! I was worried that I would never see it due to delays, but thanks to Meg, my order was expedited and I cannot wait to get my hands on the booty scrub! I have been using Anese products since 2019 and I love them!! So happy to finally be getting tracking on my order!

GBWhat is going on with this company. Just unbelievable. Placed an order April 7th, credit card was charged April 8. At that time, website listed 3-5 business days processing time (it still does) before order ships. I received an order confirmation on April 7th, then literally nothing. No communication whatsoever. I had to reach out to them, which I did today, April 24th—SIXTEEN DAYS after they charged my card—, and spend an hour of my time dealing with this. There was no apology (until I called that out). Literally nothing has happened with my order so far, it hasn’t even been processed. The person I chatted to also claimed their processing time is 7-14 business days—again, the website said 3-5 business days at the time I ordered and it says the same today. I love their products, but will never order from them again. They are absolutely violating the FTC’s Merchandise Rule, if not Visa Rule 7.6 1.2 as well. Who knows if I’ll ever get my order.

GBWill first of all i haven’t received my… Will first of all i haven’t received my order and has taken a while but i message them and they respond that quick so that was good now I’ll just have to wait how long will I receive my order to put five stars

GBThey will take your money and not ship your order I ordered back in November 2023 for the Black Friday sale and still have not received my order. There has been no communication about the status for the four months since placing the order, and I have had to reach out myself numerous times for an update, waiting for days to hear finally hear back. With no refund policy (which I can't find stated on the website!) I will be trying to get my money back through my bank. Citing weather and supply chain issues but still taking new orders and running sales is not considerate of your customers in the slightest. I will be finding alternate products from a reputable company. I am disappointed and I won't be a returning customer after this terrible experience.
