Falsely advertised FAST shipping, I ordered the end of January. 3 months later and still no order nor communication. there should definitely be a lawsuit.

Never received my order! Might as well be a scam. I never received my item. I ordered in Feb 2024, it’s now April 2024 & still nothing, not even an update. I tried to reach out by email for help & also tried to receive a refund since I obviously not going to receive the product I paid for. I received no response. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I’ve been ordering from Anese for years… I’ve been ordering from Anese for years without troubles, however recently I went to use my points towards my purchase and they were completely erased. Reached out to customer service several times and nobody responded so I decided to proceed with my order without using my reward points. I ordered April 10th and my order is still processing. I reached out again for a status update and no response. So disappointing as I’m a big fan of their products, but seems things have gone downhill and now nothing more than a scam and waste of time

Ordered my product on 2/21 and never… Ordered my product on 2/21 and never received a shipping notification. They also don’t respond to emails and already charged me and it’s about to be 2 months without my product I ordered.
