ZAService is good I've had to contact technical support a few times, and they have always been quick to resolve any issues. The software is just fine - does it's job and is user friendly, but there are a number of other connection options and they have a helpful website with alternate connection methods with friendly, efficient staff to help if needed. Speed is good - in some cases latency and DL speed is actually faster connected than without, due to ISP shaping. There was an accounting problem that took a little longer to resolve, but they eventually sorted that too - faith restored. Would recommend.

GBI've been using FastestVPN for a few… I've been using FastestVPN for a few years now and occasionally I can't connect but a chat online with them have always sorted it out. I can't fault the product or service.

TWAlthough not perfect, it is acceptable I believe you all know how this company treats old TLD users, but what I want to share is something different. If you want to upgrade to the PRO plan (if customer service didn't deceive me, this is the highest level plan), you can make your request to customer service, and they will offer various upgrade discounts based on your "situation." If you think the upgrade discount is acceptable, you can upgrade accordingly. It's completely up to you, but at least I think I can accept it. I believe they didn't actually intend to bully old users, but this approach will only make old users unhappy. I hope you can take a look at my review before making a decision.

GBBait and Switch This VPN is horrible, and each update removes prior capabilities. My "lifetime" membership, purchased back in 2021 cannot connect to any servers now. Each site I click on, even in the US spams me for a "Pro" subscription. I paid for lifetime, life time of what, a common housefly? I literally cannot connect at all. Every time I try, I get redirected to a page to purchase a "Pro" sub. Really? I wonder if they are based in the US as we have laws against scams like this. And to FastestVPN, don't try to respond to my post suggesting I contact customer support, this is an intentionally slimy business practice. I've seen hundreds of posts all over the place of others who have had the same experience as me!!

FILifetime subscription is fake 1st They Sell lifetime subscription and then limit the servers and ask to upgrade with money 2nd Most of servers are not working 3rd Even if get connected it connect to another location not as you choose, for example you choose USA and show it's connected to USA and the actual they connected to UK 4th they speed is very bad and always disconnect Fake service take care and dont buy lifetime with this company they are scammers.
