Although I have just started using it… Although I have just started using it and it is too early to tell how I feel about it as I also haven't used everything on the site yet. I am enjoying it and am learning as I go, my teachers seem to enjoy it and my parents are liking the daily updates of their children and the security that it offers. I also am liking the ease of the billing part as it is saving me paper and time. I am very please as of now and look forward to the months ahead as I figure it all out.

Brightwheel is awesome all-in-one app for daycares and schools. Brightwheel is an awesome app that really makes my in-home daycare stand out from among other daycares. Being able to give parents information, in real time, about their child's day really makes a difference. The parents love it, and I love it. It makes billing clients super convenient as well as keeping track of attendance and other important business logs. For me...its an all-in-one great app. The price is very reasonable. I love it.

The Greenwood Preschool love Bright Wheel As a parent and preschool owner, I highly recommend BW to any child care facility ! It grealt improve the parent teacher communication , either for the younger group of children ( infant/ Young Toddler ) or older classes in terms of academic activities. The app itself is simple and straight forward . Our school did a soft launch for 2 weeks and 90% teachers have no problem using it on daily basis.

Brightwheel is great Brightwheel is great! Our parents absolutely love the connection they feel to their child when they are gone by getting notes on the play by play of the day. Messaging, photos, and even billing are so easy. We love that it streamlines communication for us through its messaging feature. And it's sleek and easy to use. We definitely recommend it!

The App has room to grow! The App seemed very user friendly at first, but using it daily now I find it frustrating. There are many things I would like to be able to do that I can't, like toggle between children and or families without having to go back to the student tab or family tab. Billing would be so much easier if I could also toggle between accounts, as well as make changes that occur immediately instead of waiting for the next month to show. I would also like to be able to take credit cards from third party without the hassle of making them a parent and then taking them off. I didn't go back to Tadpoles because I wanted a system that was capable of the billing portion as well as attendance, pictures, and lesson planning.
